I went to this location on 23rd august at 8:51 pm. I ordered Junior chicken meal with poutine. My sandwich was fine but the taste of poutine was so bad. There was hardly any gravy. Even the cheese was not at all melted. I specifically mentioned them that I got same poutine last time and has no gravy in it. And he said okay, but still I got the same. Worst poutine I have ever had.

This McDonald's has got to be the biggest joke iv heard of .spend money there almost everyday for a coffee today we decided to spend even more money on breakfast sandwiches and when I had called to explain that they totally messed up the order some female answered and told me that I was lying that I didn't buy that that I got what I ordered but Than told me she couldn't find my receipt what happened to the ppl that actually cared about the place like Michael and Ben and Ashley and there are a few more that I can't remembernames of but know who you are . They would have made this better. Ppl Like them need more credit I will never ever ever go there again hopefully the owners of this McDonald's sees this and makes it better not for me but others . Pritty sad on rodeo weekend they were closed by 10 30 I'm sure the owners lost out on thousands of dollars. At one point I would have gave this place a 10 of of ten bit as of today 0 stars

I really like McDonalds, it's more affordable and we like their junior chickens, sausage mcmuffins, mccrisspy chicken delux burger and their cheese burgers.

Double charged and not refunded. Bill was $28.22. Asked for refund in store and they said it didn’t go through. Checked my credit card statement and it did. Called store and talked to two seperate people that didn’t know how to deal with it. Owner was going to contact me and handle matter, haven’t heard back. No receipt provided as it “didn’t go through”. Feeling scammed. Oh, and as per usual, McDonald’s forgot the sweet and sour sauce. ?
