they need to stop cleaning their grills with toxic chemicals while they have customers sitting in the restaurant they should wait until closing time to do so or wait until the building is empty before having the smoke from the grills billowing through the restaurant without doors or windows open can make your patrons sick .
I frequently go through the drive thru at this location, and have not had any issues with any of my previous experiences. However, today I stopped in with my boyfriend to get two grilled cheese sandwiches, and this is what we received *see photo*. None of the cheese inside is melted, the cheese outside is chunky and inconsistent, and it seems like someone microwaved it as the bread was extremely soft. Looks completely unappetizing, so I was quite disappointed.

I often get the grilled cheese from tims as its my favorite item. I very much recommend it if youve never had it cause when its made right its sooo good.
