My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Portions are generous and prices are decent. I found the service to be OK. Servers were very pleasant but it did take an hour to get our food. I have to say, however, that our food was absolutely fantastic! I had the steak. For the price, I was not expecting such a high quality steak. They hand cut the steaks and did a great job of trimming it. This thing was probably over the 10 oz mark. It was delicious. My wife...
Well..... this place is a must! First the decor of TF is full of local artists, which you can purchase, plus the feel of the restaurant is very welcoming. We got lucky and got a table, it was booked solid with reservations! Our lovely waitress greeted us very politely and got us our drinks. She came and got our orders, my wife had the bison burger with yam fries, I had the house burger with regular fries. For our appetizer we had a house made preserve sampler with fresh crossiants....

I was here yesterday with my husband and a friend of ours. I had a virgin caesar and the fish tacos; my husband a half order of poutine; and our friend the butternut squash soup.

My caesar was almost a meal in itself. So many lovely garnishes.
My three fish tacos were yummy.
