The fries were obviously much too old to be served, the chicken wrap i got was over cooked and had bad lettuce on it, and lettuce on my burger was rotten as well, even the root beer tasted bad… I paid $18 for rotten food. I didn’t get to check until i got home, which was a bit of a drive, so i obviously couldn’t go back, I’m extremely disappointed. At least the staff were nice.

I went here today and ordered a coffee and 2 hash browns. I asked for ketchup when I ordered. Before I left the drive through window I asked if he had put ketchup in the bag and he replied yes.I should have checked because when I got to where I was going and opened the bag, there was ONE. You would think that for 2 items the would have least put 2 in the bag.IT WASNT ENOUGH.I'm disappointed.

She got mad at my roomate and then we went back because she made the wrong and yelled at us in the drive through again, that it was correct. The Gentleman on Night Shift is amazing.I go a lot after work and one time he forgot to add my second hot apel turn over in.Now 3 weeks later he recognized my voice and was giving me the second apel turn over for free.This is amazing thanks for this great service

I frequently go through the drive thru at this location, late at night. Staff are always friendly and polite, and the food is consistently good as well.Wait times tend to be a little on the longer side, but it's worth it for fresh food.

I purchased two chicken burgers and two chipotle chicken wraps. The chipotle chicken wraps were extremely dried out and old I think it had been sitting out for a while. And everything I asked for the burgers wasn't done. I asked her extra Chipotle to remove the Mayo and add pickles. Had to go back for the Chipotle and didn't realize till I got home that they never even had the pickles. This is one A&W I will not return to unless you want really poor service and poor food.
