Terrible service. We ordered sweet potato fries and we got regular fries. When we returned to correct it they were extremely ignorant even though they put the order in wrong. Even said they were going to charge us extra for THEIR MISTAKE. Then they gave us the correct fries after giving some attitude.

This has to be one of the worst aw around. Ive been here a handful of times and they never ever get my order right. In fact i just ordered an uncle meal with no mayo 15mins ago. They gave me a uncooked burger that taste like dog food and mayo loaded on the bun. But no onions. Two bites and its garbage. Waste of 13bucks. Guess they dont understand english. For the price of the food this location needs to be avoided. Worst

Used to come here all the time but in the past year it has gone downhill so badly :( Used to be hot, fresh and delicious as well as always had clean tables. Now it’s hard to find one table that’s been cleaned. Precooked burgers are cold and dry, buns are dried out and why is there such a huge amount of lettuce on the burgers?! Very sad, get your sh&$ together A&W!

This is the second time i've ordered breakfast and i've asked for the eggs to be over medium to hard. Please see the picture. Normally not a big deal. But it is when I am bringing breakfast to my mom in the hospital.
