Food is good but service is terrible drive thru the last 2 times I have been has been 20-25min wait

Extremely slow service here. I won't come back just for very poor service.

Poorly staffed. Burger not bad but the fries were ice cold.

Don’t bother going for food anytime near when they close because they shut their grill off (which at 5pm is a bit ridiculous). Won’t be going back.

I placed an order for two spicy habanero chicken burgers and they were extremely dry. The sauce that they use, there was basically no sauce. When I brought it up to the front counter, they started to give an explanation and were not even one percent apologetic. There was also an attitude from the guy who was working there.

I won’t recommend anyone to visit this location based on my experience and the quality/taste of the food. Customer service exists for a reason so hopefully this location will be able to improve that with time.

Millie Is amazing and always makes my breakfast everyday because I work at candy lab next door , never had a complaint and cooks it exactly how I like it!

Millie is the cook in the back. I feel that cooks such as herself doesnt get enough credit. Her food is conaistent and great every time. Millie, you are a hard worker, you deserve a raise. Thank You for your tastey breakfasts. I hope that you direct report above you reads this. ?

I am quite upset that they charge $3 for a cup without telling you. Absolutely insane!!

We stopped by for takeout in the drive-through. We waited quite a while for our order, but I thought that meant it was going to be very fresh when we got home the onion rings were completely cold and dried out. They had been sitting for quite a long time the other food was mediocre at best, and the apple pies were completely cold and dry, it was very disappointing to spend that kind of money for garbage food . We will definitely not return to this location.

The girl that took my order( breakfast) was wonderful. BUT the cook messed up my order : my toast was burnt ordered eggs over hard they were runny, potatoes cold and grill must have not been clean because there were black specks all over my food: Usually eat at Tim Hortons won’t be back . Not impressed!!!
