Showed up at the A and W before 6 o’clock and was told that they were closed the worker was cashing out her till while there was multiple customers waiting for food woman behind the counter was argumentative and aggressive. Today is the 24th of January 2026

I got brutal food poisoning here a few months ago when they had the limited time '56 burgers. I'm craving A&W now, but too sketched out to go back to this location. I do wonder if they've had a health inspection lately. This is serious stuff, you could end up killing someone.
Waited 25 minutes standing there for my food when in a she only one there on Boxing Day were they should be well staffed very disappointed.

We were third in line & waited over 15 minutes for 3 burgers & two weren’t even correct. One was extra bacon that we paid an extra 1.50 for and one no lettuce. All 3 mozza burgers & I’m pretty sure they forgot to spice the patties as the taste was bland. There was a huge line by the time we got our food. No apology, no smiles or communication whatsoever. $30 bill and we won’t be back :(

We were unable to place an order as the only employee that can actually work the cash register was taking a break. Started work at 10am and wasn’t able to break yet as there is no other qualified employees at this location to use the till. Very unfortunate situation for this sole employee as these are terrible work conditions.
