We were unable to place an order as the only employee that can actually work the cash register was taking a break. Started work at 10am and wasn’t able to break yet as there is no other qualified employees at this location to use the till. Very unfortunate situation for this sole employee as these are terrible work conditions.

Ordered 2 bacon and egg on English muffin. One came with no bacon. One come with one small piece. Half a piece actually. Do not recommend this A&W.

5 stars for service. The young man working the counter was very respectful to his customers with a positive attitude. Many fast food places could learn a lot from this guy!

Manpreet provided excellent service at A&W — friendly, fast, and attentive from start to finish. She made sure our order was perfect and the dining area was spotless. Truly a great experience thanks to her professionalism!
Waiting at the counter to be served. The person on the counter never acknowledged me just pretended I was not there. Only person waiting nice customer service.
I have been there multiple times to order a buddy burger. Every time I have been told they are out of one of the ingredients.
Sign says open at 9am. It's 9:21 and an employee just walking in.
