Ordered 2 bacon and egg on English muffin. One came with no bacon. One come with one small piece. Half a piece actually. Do not recommend this A&W.

5 stars for service. The young man working the counter was very respectful to his customers with a positive attitude. Many fast food places could learn a lot from this guy!

Waiting at the counter to be served. The person on the counter never acknowledged me just pretended I was not there. Only person waiting nice customer service.

I have been there multiple times to order a buddy burger. Every time I have been told they are out of one of the ingredients.

Sign says open at 9am. It's 9:21 and an employee just walking in.

I usually enjoy A&W, but had a disappointing experience at the St. Albert Mall location. My daughter and I ordered chicken sandwiches, fries, and drinks and were told it would take about three minutes. After waiting over five, we checked in and were told it wasn’t ready yet.

While watching the food being prepared, we noticed the employee who took our order handling food without gloves after using the cash register and debit machine. When we brought it up, she insisted she had washed her hands, but based on what we saw, we weren’t convinced. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving after about 15 minutes with no food and poor service.

Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I went there today, I showed the coupon to Indian girl there , she said it’s expired, I told her if she can find me any coupon, she said no , she can not help , I asked for head office number, she said she doesn’t have number, how any company does not have head office number, honestly she was not rude , but she was not helpful. Moreover I always comes to a&w to this location once in week before 1 hours in closing but I never got the service as they always turn off the grill before closing .

Nothing To write home about . Typical fast food these days expensive and not very good.

Came here early for breakfast. Workers were both super friendly, good upselling and the cook made the food great. I had gotten my food right after an older man had ordered. I guess he didn’t like the food they made, however mine was perfect. Nothing wrong I couldn’t see why he was complaining or being so rude. Workers handled it well. Definitely will come again

I work in the mall and waited 20 min to order and only had 5 min to eat and get back to work it was horrible

Very very very slow and bad service!

Slow service. Food even worse. Ordered Whistle Dog which had old moldy buns. Returned, asked for refund and left. Never going there again.

Nov 29 order two burger at 1130 am and was served cold fries and cold burgers....
Why does this location have such awful service??
Can't understand me when I place my order and then serve me cold food.....
Please do better or il this location will be known as a dumpster restaurant.
