I absolutely love this place! It takes all the guesswork out of trying to eat healthy, the serving sizes are correct, the meals are balanced, and the nutritional information is right there on the package. They are Perfect grab and go meals for my wife and I.

Have been going to Just Bite Me for pretty much every meal I have during the week. It’s so convenient for weekly meal prep and work lunches. Best tasting meals I’ve found by far. 5/5 and would recommend it any day. They’re growing on our whole company! Lauren is usually the one that helps me out, she always makes picking my meals a positive experience!

We order from Just Bite Me 2–3 times per week and the food is great. The staff at the front are absolutely amazing — they know us by name, always greet us with a huge smile, and make us feel welcome every single time.

The disappointing part is the owner/founder. We’ve seen him multiple times when picking up orders and he never acknowledges us — no hello, no wave, no small gesture at all. Today we came in for our regular order and considered buying the new apparel, but after another cold interaction (eye contact with no greeting, not even a small gesture like opening the door for us), we decided against it.

It leaves the impression that loyal customers don’t matter, which is discouraging — especially from the person who started the company. A small gesture or acknowledgement of loyal customers would go a long way, especially when he has seen us 4 times in the past few weeks alone. The staff make the place shine, but the lack of basic courtesy from leadership really takes away from the experience.

EDIT: I’m editing this review a few months later to say that the customer service at Just Bite Me cannot be beat. It’s been a year now I’ve been coming here, whether it be shopping in store, ordering online, or getting a subscription order delivered. I’m pleased every single time! Ordering online is an easy, seamless process, for both individual orders and subscriptions. Delivery is clear and easy and the ability to track your food order is wonderful. When I pick up in store, I always leave with a smile on my face. The front staff all know us personally and greet my husband and I warmly and kindly.

Today, I came in for a pick-up order. I don’t usually come in on Sundays and I didn’t realize the order wouldn’t be done until the afternoon. Khaz tried to see if the order was almost done, and when it wasn’t, she offered free delivery to make up for it. Even though it was my mistake, she still went above and beyond to fix it for me. She was friendly, very kind, and always makes a personal connection with both of us.

A company like Just Bite Me truly deserves the money they earn. This is a very well-thought business, emphasizing health and convenience from start to finish. The meals, snacks and drinks they prepare; the aesthetics in the storefront; the staff they hire — everything is a win.

Got gifted a gift card for some meals to get me through the first couple weeks of postpartum!
Loved the meals and they were healthy, easy to heat up and well prepared! Only thing is the salmon was very very dry and possibly on the pricer side for meal prep options.
