Do not order online and do not order the salads. We ordered for pickup and a half hour later they had not even pulled the order down and started it. They took 2 other customers before ours was ready and prioritized the skip order before ours. My husbands donair turned out ok but my salad was gross. First, they did not make it with what I asked for online. Made me ask for all of it again- ok - but then they gave me mushy sliced tomatoes, shredded brown iceberg lettuce instead of what I ordered online. When I asked about the lettuce he gave me he said it was because I didn’t want peppers on my salad. They obviously pre-made the lettuce for the salad which he showed me but then didn’t make mine as asked and just substituted the lettuce. Then he tried to tell me they don’t pre-make it! Then, they did not have any Greek OR Vinegrette dressing and instead told me they put the cream dressing on the greek salad. I ordered greek dressing not cucumber sauce. Then we also ordered mushrooms with Ranch dressing and apparently they didn’t have that dip either. The chicken in the salad was way over salty and spiced. In the end I had to throw mine away and couldn’t eat it. I was excited to try Basha as a first time customer but they will need to do better before I will ever try again.

Had a slight hiccup with my order. Went back and the lady was able to help me right away. So friendly and great customer service. We will be back for more donairs!

I visited Basha Donair & Shawarma in St. Albert and was overcharged $6 for extra sauce, even though the posted menu clearly listed it at $1.25. When I questioned it, the cashier admitted the overcharge and refunded me in cash, but only after I insisted. I was also denied a receipt. This experience left me concerned about potential deceptive practices. Check your bill carefully before paying.

Meal was good, enjoyed the beef donair sauce was on point veggies were crisp and fresh.

Fries were crispy and delicious and the price was quite reasonable.

Had my mom go into Basha to pick me up a double cheeseburger and the phillipino guy behind the counter said we don't have that and she should go to A&W. my mother then went to Rib Eye and got what we were looking for i then look at Basha's web site and low and behold they have listed there an old timer burger with cheese. I guess ill avoid this place when the phillipino guy is on shift. the other two emplyees are great. but this guy is a lazy ass.

OCT/82024 I went here again today to get lunch ordered fries and a donair. fires are 3.99 i only got half a bag of fries. I know it seems petty but with the way prices are now a days i want what i paid for. if you are only going to give half the fries you normally give then i should only be charged half the price. i wont be back to this place ever again ill patronize the hundred other donair shops in this city.

One of the cleanest spots I’ve been to recently. Sparkling clean, and healthy looking lace. Nice for food you know? Mani extremely hard working and awesome hospitality. It’s nice to see certain people still keep their professionalism in the food industry.

Hi, I just landed in Vancouver and eating this delicious shawarma platter with my boys. I ordered this around 4 pm and still enjoy it.. thank you Ms. Net I don't remember exactly her name maybe she was a Filipino or Indian but she was very gentle in handling our order even though we had so many requests and she is very friendly.. I must say the food was absolutely delicious with good care. The ingredients were top notch, and the dishes were prepared with attention to detail. we definitely, go back there!!
