About a month ago I was advised by the Servus Place location that if I downloaded the app there would be benefits to joining. The key selling feature I was advised about was that on your birthday Booster Juice will give you a free smoothie. So today on my birthday I made a trip out of my way to stop at the Hebert Rd. location. Here I was greeted with multiple reasons why I could not have a free smoothie on my birthday. I asked why and was told that there system did not recognize it was my birthday. Meanwhile I had my drivers license in hand to assure them that I was not in anyway trying to take advantage of a promotion but rather following their staff's advice. Not sure why they needed to sell me on this promotion or the app in general if their system cannot read the information properly. Thank you Booster Juice for providing me false information and this location in particular providing me below average customer service. Next time I will drive further out of my way to the Servus Place location to be treated like a valued customer.

Always skeptical to order from here, can be very slow and smoothies usually taste different every time. This time, we ordered through Skip the Dishes to be delivered to our work place. Smoothies arrived with NO straw in the bag.... How frustrating, how could that be forgotten with something that REQUIRES a straw.. Slow down and pay attention to what you are doing

The wraps have gotten smaller and the last couple times I have been to this location I waited while they continued sweeping and finishing tasks without a simple hello or any acknowledgment. Seems the service has gone way downhill and as much as I enjoy booster Juice I don't think I will be returning.

Stopped in to grab a couple A couple Ripped berry smoothies and the ladies were very friendly and efficient. They very setting up a display for a special going on till November 13/2024 with daily draws. Explained everything and still kept up the steady flow of customers in location. Love this location will definitely be back!
