I ordered from the skip app tonight. The app unfortunately went down and we waited for our food. Called the restaurant to see if skip had picked up my order was told by MOE that it hadn't been. He went over and above and got one of his in-house drivers to deliver my order. Customer service at the restaurant was/is very exemplary. Thank you!

Had a scheduled society meeting we decided to use BP , food was Ok, Parker our server was efficient without being intrusive, everything got taken care of very well with little noticeable interruptions , our evening went very smoothly , thank you Parker

I usually come to this Boston Pizza, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a large Royal Hawaiian, which should be 15 inches in diameter, but what I received was clearly closer to a 13-inch pizza—basically a medium. When you’re paying nearly $40 for a large pizza, you expect to get the proper size.
When I questioned it, the manager came out and insisted it was the correct size, even though it obviously wasn’t. On top of that, there was a very large spider in the men’s washroom, which doesn’t exactly give a clean or comfortable impression.
The waiter was nice and did their job well, but overall the place feels like it’s in need of a reno and better quality control. Sadly, this visit only deserves 2 out of 5 stars from me.
