Our experience was terrible. Alexandra H ignored us, was rude, and made us feel unwelcome. The only reason we know the name was from the receipt, not because she bothered to talk to us even the slightest. When ordering shed roll her eyes and give us attitude. Didn’t even look at us. The bandera bread was pretty good (shoutout chefs) but it would’ve been better if our glasses were full or if we had the sauce to dip it in.

My wife and I usually dine in twice a month and we always get the same pizzas which are so delicious. We ordered delivery last night and we were disappointed with what we received. Not even close to the same pizzas, I guess when you order the one pizza and 50% off the second they only put half the normal amount of toppings on? And it was really undercooked and we had to cook the rest in our air fryer. I was hoping they would’ve done better. Not yo mention $67 for two pizzas which we don’t mind paying if it’s delicious. Hopefully it was a one off.

VEGETARIANS AVOID!!! I have been a vegetarian for over 5 years…enduring personal and social sacrifices. Went to this Boston Pizza and ORDERED A VEGETARIAN ENTREE. Only to be served a meat entree!! I had even informed the server that i dont eat meat and a am a vegetarian!! The Manager Nick offered little compensation and had rhe nerve to QUESTION why i am a vegetarian!!!! Extremely uncalled for and insulting!!! My family and friends will boycott this location!!

went after an oilers game, tables were leaving and it was getting kinda dead walked in to the lounge, sat for 10-15 minutes and didn’t even get a hello from a waitress she looked at us 3 times at least and still didn’t even have to courtesy to say “hey i’m a little busy i’ll be right with you” left. so stupid
