We had another fantastic experience at Boston Pizza. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from Landon. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive energy and attention to detail truly elevated the entire dining experience. The world's okayist restaurant. The pizza is pretty solid, the rest of the menu changes frequently, usually removing items I enjoy, so that's getting a little frustrating. Beer is reasonably priced for a restaurant and the service is usually pretty good. I never leave here feeling really impressed, nor do I leave feeling disappointed. Lots of kids here, which may be google or bad depending on your current life stage

So this is a Boston pizza, good reliable food. I am going to give them 5 stars for a couple of reasons.... Kids eat free! This location is BUSY! But they handle it like a boss! And our food was correct, delivered efficiently.

27 AUG 2024 update Pasta Tuesday fail, gas station quality, Hungary carnivore dish came with freezing cold meatballs, they offered to take back and reheat. That would over cook rest of the dish. I would be horrified as a owner or manager, this is your business, make food. "you do know we just reheat food here" hence the phrase Gas Station food.
Both of our plates and cutlery were dirty with food baked on, Sent pizza back that came out cold, servers are more entertained watching TV in the bar.

Server and manager were as attentive as possible at a busy time . My burger was overdone and cold as was my granddaughters. Cheese didn’t even melt on both . My daughter’s steak sandwich was soggy on the bottom. All of this led me to believe that our order had been sitting a while. We decided to take dessert to go. We ordered it, paid the bill, and didn’t even look at it until we got home. Two almost $9.00 each pieces of chocolate explosion (you read that right ($18 on 2 desserts) - were half pieces. You know when you don’t cut a cake properly and the bottom part of it is barely there? - yah that.
I ordered the french onion soup and it was incredibly underwhelming. There was no more than 1 cup of broth, there weren’t a lot of onions, and the topping was two small round pieces of bread with melted cheese. I spent 11.89 on this dismal disappointment. Ugggh it didn’t taste great either. What a waste of money!!
