Took my mother out for her birthday dinner and the service was completely garbage. Food was cold, took 20 mins for drinks and then when we got the tenders they were half burnt and even couple tenders missing. Never again will we be going back. For the price we paid for dinner was not even close to what was served. Stray away. That was for 5 people.

Had the fish and chips, while the portion of fish was okay, and tasted fine, the quantity of fries left a lot to be desired. It seemed like there was only about a dozen fries hiding under the fish. Overpriced at $27. The staff were nice.

Customer service was awesome but food was terrible 40$ for small plate and the steak was cold and burnt and flavourless all i can taste was the burnt steak and it was chewy it’s not worth the price

Ordered takeout and it came out to 70 dollars for two sandwiches and fries and a dessert. The beef dip has shrunk in size or they gave me a half portion, used to be worth the price. They gave me exactly 9 fries, and about two tablespoons of gravy which they charge a ridiculous amount to add on. Not impressed 😫 most likely won’t be back.

The manager Jadyn and the servers are absolutely fantastic we always have such incredible service whether it’s crazy busy like this evening or a quiet evening they always provide a meaningful service. They always provide great recommendations and are always trying to rectify any situation that may not have gone out as planned. If you have dietary issues the staff always take appropriate cautions I have never had an issue eating here being a celiac myself. Great service, fantastic food and welcoming atmosphere.

Took friends out for supper. Food was good but the coffee at the end was like warm, brought it to servers attention who asked if we wanted it warmed up; no wanted it replaced. Replacement was no better. At cheque time I told this to server and she stated they had issues with coffee maker and she'd bring it to managers attention. I paid the full bill but feel server should have reduced bill by the coffee which was not consumed. Not a great way to finish a great evening.

I do like the vibe at this franchise, but my last visit at the St. Albert location left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth (not literally). My Dad and I ordered a poutine along with our caesar salad. The Manager came out and told us they were out of cheese curds, which was fine. When I got our bill, we were charges $14 each for a small bowl of poutine that had the incorrect cheese on it. The price on the poutine floored me actually for the size of it. Even with proper cheese curds, that price is steep for the portion. 🤷♂️
