The owner of this place is extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect, he talks down to them and makes you feel like you’re doing him a favor by being there. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. A business owner should know how to deal with people politely, but he clearly doesn’t care about his customers at all. Definitely not going back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I haven't dined at this location. However, yesterday my friend and I were walking on the trail near the restaurant. It was hot evening, over 30C. I came inside and asked the gentleman at the front desk if I can refill my water thermos. He was kind enough to do so...and it was ICE WATER! Sooooo goooood! Just wanted to so thank you for the kind gesture!

The special I had was fish found out it was frozen then deep fried very greasy the fries were good should of had the pizza they should take the fish off the menu wasn't worth 30 dollars

Long time customer of over 20 years to the St. Albert location. Current owners are friendly and welcoming. It’s hard to find a better pizza anywhere in town (including Gluten Free)

This place was a fast favourite, delicious pizza. Tonight was disappointing. The pizza had some sort of metal flecks in the pizza dough, maybe foil? They sent us another and same thing. My husband had to drive the pizza back to show them that it was clearly not safe to eat. We had spaghetti and pizza on our bill and they just comped the pizza. We won’t be able to order again at the risk that there is metal or foil in the dough and they were dismissive with the issue.

Best pizza in town. Always respectful staff. Food is quick.

The pizza we ordered had good flavor, great crush and a ton of cheese.

The down fall of the evening was when we ordered the kids macaroni and cheese, it ended up being a terrible Kraft dinner. Our noodles were almost mush and the cheese had next to no flavor. I recommended send it back, but the miss suggested we don’t since the kids were hungry.

It’s an unfortunate, so we’ll just stick to the pizzas.
