Every time my husband and I come we have incredible service, the bartenders are kind and attentive. They're 'Wake up call' drink is a drink made from heaven, it's amazing and truly lives up to the name. Happy this place is so close to home!

Great food (they really go above typical pub food) and drink selection. The honey fried chicken sandwich was amazing and perfectly seasoned fries! Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff.Only complaint would be that they weren’t able to offer a kids burger or minor discount (had to pay the full $23 for a plain burger with ketchup for my daughter).Follow up: the manager reached out to me after I left this review, inviting my family and I back to the restaurant where my daughter was provided with a burger on the house and free donuts for the whole family. Thanks for following up on the review…now THAT is service! We will return next time we’re in the area!

We had a group of six for their "Chef's Table" that was to include "selection of signature food and cocktails and desserts", "personally hosted by member of the central call culinary team" . We had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. We were seated in a private room with our own TV to watch the hockey game, Sara our server/chef was absolutely amazing. Polite, Very efficient with attention to detail, packaged our leftovers individually to take home. It was a lot, I mean a lot, of a very good food. We started with truffle fries and dip with glass of Prosecco, spicy maple Brussels sprouts were excellent, "Berta" beef sushi, truffle mushroom linguine, Social Butterfly cocktail, barbecue chicken, potatoes and caesar salad, beef sliders, and homemade doughnuts with a wonderful rosemary icing glaze. Jeremy the manager checked in with us on arrival, mid-meal and at the end. It was my birthday, we were there around 3 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks for making my birthday extra special.

Food was a bit greasy.Out server was great, but 3 other servers stood at the bar gossiping. Wasn't very professional even if it wasn't very busy.Parking: Mall parking

Nice atmosphere at this pub. Menu is what you would expect. They have a good amount of variety in beer taps. The wings I had were tasty.Visited again this week and tried the starlet salad, it was very filling and tasty.

I was here with a group of coworkers and we had reserved a table for the 10 of us yesterday evening. Everything was great (food & our waitress). Our reservation was at 5pm and once the whole group arrived we had drinks, appetizers and dinner. Our waitress informed us it was the end of her shift (7pm) and we paid to settle the bill and tip her out. We asked if we could place another drink order as we were planning to stay to watch the game and she ensured us we could with the next waitress. Within about 10 minutes after paying and planning to order another drink, the new waitress came and said the reservation was over and we had to leave. We asked if we could go to another table (7 of us were remaining) and we were told they were all reserved and we had to leave. I've never experienced that before and I'm not sure what the policy is with this restaurant. The oilers game had already started and there were many empty tables , no line ups or people waiting and the tables didn't have the reserved sign as ours did when we arrived. Weird experience and I won't be back since who knows if this would happen again. It was extra disappointing after arranging child care as a mom who never gets a child free minute to herself. I was out for a whole 1.5 hours and got to miss the game on top of that. If you want to eat and dash maybe that's no problem, but a place that plays the games and calls themselves "social hall" didn't give me the impression your stay is timed and they will ask you to leave. For reference we were a group of mostly women in age range of 30-70. Not rowdy or causing issues so I'm really at a loss.

The food was DELICIOUS!!! But I have a couple complaints about the service. Me and my wife went here to have a nice dine in dinner and our server who was nice didn't seem to be anywhere when we needed "service". In fact the person from the kitchen who brought us our food was more helpful than her. We got by, but what really got me was the attitude after we paid. Now not everyone has the money to leave big tips especially to servers who can't do there job. I would have loved to come back and make bigger tips, but that one waitress who gossiped to her fellow employees really ruined the experience. As we walked out that night the waitresses by the bar just starred at us with disgusted looks.

Our reserved table was being occupied by a group that wouldn't leave when asked so we had to wait 15 minutes past our reserved time to get our table for the hockey game but the manager was amazing and bought our group of 8 our first round of drinks as well as some appetizers! Our waitress for the night was exceptional! She was super friendly and was always checking in on our table. Overall an excellent night at Central!
