I don’t know if the owners changed but I used to get my moneys worth, now the portions are almost half. I had a spicy chicken sandwhich and when I opened it up there was 4 pieces of chicken max and covered with lettuce and hardly any cheese. If I wanted to spend 12$ on lettuce and bread I would have went to Walmart
Quick and friendly service.
Do not order delivery. I received no indication that it was being delivered. My food was left outside, no one knocked or phoned. I waited almost an hour before calling to check in. They had no idea what happened and could not help at all. My grilled cheese was cold and soggy. Huge waste of 50$
Ordered from the website.
I have no words. Ordered a Bangkok bowl to-go and found a huge beetle crawling in there while I was eating. Absolutely shocked and traumatized :( Staff needs to do a better job washing and checking their produce.
Amazingfood and amazing staff
They offer a strawberry lemon water , which was disgusting , it was tap water with one strawberry and tasting like crap !

Perfect spot for a quick but healthy meal. The Chopped Leaf in st albert is always reliable for great service and delicious food. My go-to is the Bangkok bowl with extra avocado—yum!

Love the variety and customization options. You can really build your perfect bowl or wrap. The staff takes care in preparing everything just right—huge fan of this place!
I stopped by Chopped Leaf for lunch and was really impressed. The ingredients were super fresh, and everything tasted clean and flavorful. I ordered the Bangkok wrap, and the peanut sauce was amazing—rich but not heavy. The staff was friendly and helped me pick something I’d like, which was nice. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a healthy, quick meal that actually fills you up. Definitely coming back!
I recently tried Chopped Leaf, and it’s a great spot for healthy, customizable meals. I went for the Crispy Chicken Bowl, which was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the veggies and grains. I also had the Avocado Caesar Salad, which was creamy and light. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. If you’re looking for a tasty, nutritious meal, Chopped Leaf is definitely worth checking out.
This is a great spot if you're looking for something fresh, healthy, and filling. I had one of their signature bowls, and the ingredients were super fresh and full of flavor. The ability to customize your meal is a huge plus, and there are plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options.
The atmosphere is casual and clean, and the staff were friendly and quick with service. Prices are fair for the quality, and portions are generous. Overall, it's a solid choice for a healthy meal on the go or a quick lunch break.
I got the bangkok and it was amazing! Was fairly priced and amazing! I went here with friends and they all thought the same. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was welcoming. Would come here again!
