Friendly service, nice to see they have loyalty working on your phone number now rather than the terrible app. Bread is so good and worth the premium. We usually get the high fibre.

The bread here is awesome as it always has been. But on my last visit I bought a Danish and six pumpkin scones. I knew it was a pumpkin Danish because that's what the label said. But after two bites I noticed there was a toonie sized dollop of pumpkin filling. It was so small. It was beyond ridiculous. Then when I got the pumpkin scones home I noticed there was almost no icing on the top. They still tasted okay.

I'm not sure if this location is Under New Management but I have to say, things have sure changed in terms of the quality of the goodies.

PS I won't downgrade my review but after I posted this I wondered if I was alone in my experience. The review right before me mentioned flies in the store. That was my experience as well. Things are not trending in the right direction here.... 📉⤵️

Used to love this establishment, but health safety code have suddenly gone down the drain. Twice have I went to this place and there were flies on the baked goods. 1st time the flies covered all but one shelf and the 2nd time it was riddled with flies. The staff kept using excuses and one of them dismiss it and said that they weren't on the food (they were on the glass). I'm sorry but they would've touched it already when they weren't watching. The health inspectors should be called at this point

I love everything here, except the sourdough. it tastes too much like a French bread and not enough like sourdough.

Best bread around! Have tried many of their products, especially love the mini pizzas!

Everything here is good, but I usually only buy bread, the prices on the sweet treats is higher than Willy Nelson. If you're feeling spendy the scones are delicious. The staff is attentive and helpful.

I have been buying bread from this location since it opened. Monthly I go in and buy multiple loaves, buns and treats. I spend a lot of money at this location regularly. Today I was in this establishment and noticed a stranger walk into the back with two little children. This is a facility that bakes goods for customers. It should be regulated and be following a strict health code. I am pretty sure someone off the street with small children walking into the back does not meet any health code. I will no longer be going back to this establishment. I will buy my bread somewhere else.

Every time I buy buns they are overcooked flat. I went home to make burgers and my hamburger buns are hard, flat, and burnt.
Super disappointing
