Wasted half my lunch break to go get a donair and they didn't even have them like WTF you have 2 items pizza and donairs and they didn't even have the donairs. Definitely will not be ever going back.

Honestly I don’t like leaving bad reviews but google keeps asking me to leave one. I had just left the hospital and was wanting to get a Donair and went in and there was none the Donair machines were both empty. I asked if they were closing and no, they were open until 2am mind you it was only like between 8-9 pm when we went. This was at the St.Albert location which I have never been, I’ve always liked Cosmic Pizza and Donair from the Edmonton locations. I would just have to say maybe they should have been more prepared for the weekend. They just looked at me dumbfounded when I asked them for a Donair.

Hardly any meat on the 3 pizzas we ordered. They forgot the pop, not a great first impression. Probably won’t order from them again.

I wanted food tried to order around 12 am and they said they were to busy because they had 10 orders and told me to call back in a hour but I ended up stopping by and the sign was off and door was locked so I called back in less then an hour and they said they had already cleaned up so they couldn’t make me anything but then I said he told me to call back and when I said that he asked what do I want even tho he tried closing 30 minutes before it says they close and when I showed up for my food the sign was still off but the door was unlocked and I haven’t been able to get anything with donair meat for the past two weeks so i don’t know if this is even a donair place

Home delivered and not disappointed. This has been the best pizza I have had in some time and the chicken wings are great. Food comes fast and hot. Strongly recommend Cosmic Pizza in St Albert

Food was okay, donair was dry, not enough sauce, and the poutine they have advertised on the website and in store in the pictures with cheese curds is a lie, shredded cheese. I would skip this place an find somewhere else for a good donair.
Despite the hiccup with delivery, still recommend. Savoury sauce, loads of cheese.

Ordered extra large donair pizza which costs over 30$ with a 2L pop. They very obviously cheap out on the donair meat and you can see sections of pizza under the cheese with no toppings. I was looking for a good halal pizza option in St. Albert, and this place is not it. Will not be back, save your money and order from a place who is not nickle and diming you on an extra large pizza.
Additionally, when I placed the order on the phone the guy did not know how to speak properly, seemed confused, could not answer basic questions and asked me to go to the website when I asked if there were any combo deals.
