Gave us an oreo cookie instead of a chocolate chip, at least the chocolate chip is a staple so we can get it again. Dubai chocolate brownie from this week wasn't good, the pistachio and chocolate was good but the brownie part was really bad and didn't taste like brownie at all and the texture was very off too. Their strawberry heart cake was delicious though, I'd definitely get that one again if it comes back!

I took my daughter to get a cookie and was impressed by not only the variety and the cleanliness but also the friendliness of the staff. I was having a challenging day and I guess they could tell because one of the staff members, Saahil, gave me a little treat as well. It was so incredibly thoughtful and was appreciated greatly. Sometimes heroes wear aprons that say Crumbl. ❤️

I finally decided to try out these fancy cookies I've heard so much about. I bought a pack of 4 Strawberry shortcake Dubai chocolate Semi sweet chocolate chip Brownie cookie And I loved the fancy cookies, but I was so disappointed in the chocolate chip and brownie. The brownie one didn't even taste like a brownie. It was just a regular chocolate fudge type cookie. And for a place that only makes cookies, you can't even make a good chocolate chip cookie. I honestly was craving a cookie from Tim Hortons after that. The other 2 were really good. But come on, do better for a chocolate chip cookie. My husband had one bite and put it back.

Was in on January 17, 2026 for a remake of a previous pack that was incorrect. The three staff working were all extremely lovely and overly helpful. I am happy they were able to make up for the previous mistake.
