I came in at 8:30 today (a Tuesday), there was a skip the dishes man waiting and another couple, I stood at the front desk to order as I only had cash and was told “you’re going to have to use the kiosk because we won’t have time” ??? There was a guy standing towards the back and did not offer any help either, a bit disappointed with the service.
We went to St. Albert branch Crumbl and Norine welcome us with wide smile and help us on our first order. She is amazing!

Mmmm. Such yummy cookies. Highly recommend you at least give them a try. Yes, they are expensive, but....they are massive and taste so good and are so soft. Love that the flavors change weekly.
