Haven’t been to a DQ for a long time but was craving some nostalgia. When did they start using these horrible skinny ‘burgers’?! As disgusting at McDonalds now. Used to be thick and juicy. Never again.

And it feels like a hospital now - cold, faceless, crappy. Sad.

One star for service! The Filipino workers (a male that seemed like a manager and a young female) talk about the customers in their language and it’s so RUDE and uneducated. The owner should be made aware and address this horrible attitude towards the people the spend their hard earned money at this establishment. I won’t be back.

It’s been about seven years since I last had a hamburger. If I remember right, they used to taste pretty good. However, the cheeseburger I had today made me wonder if someone just ran out to McDonald’s and brought it back—it was that disappointing. The taste just wasn’t there.

To be clear, I have no complaints about the establishment itself. The service was good, the place was clean, and considering how busy it was, they were pretty efficient. But with how this burger tasted today, it’s very unlikely I’ll be back for another one.

Bought 3 blizzards tonight for takeout. When the lady gave them to me , 1 was particularly a bit runny. I questioned it and she did the quick upside down thing with the blizzard, it didn’t drip but I should have refused all 3. We got 1/2 way home ( I live 4 minutes from DQ) and we had to drink some of all three blizzards as they were dripping on my legs from the drink holder. About 4 months ago my Hubby picked up a couple banana splits to bring home, they were all melted except the whipped cream.
Ever since the change in ownership it’s not been the same. Won’t go back to this location anymore.

Was there tonight at the drive through. Paid for our milkshake and French fries. The girl gave us the fries but when I asked where the milk shake was she got some man to come to the window. I again asked for the milk shake he told me to stop lying that she gave to us. I told him no you can check my car. He finally gave us the milkshake after refusing to leave the drive through and the man calling me a liar 4 times. Worst service I have seen!

I gave two stars because the best blizzard dairy queen had was the crispy crunch blizzard and then they stopped selling it i wish they would bring it back

This is our go to for a delicious cold treat after supper or on the weekend .
Never a long wait and never disappoints!

Ordered large banana split blizzard, add pecans and a medium Skor blizzard add pecans. Gave us a small short blizzard, and could make it a medium for an extra dollar.
Got a medium blizzard that had no pecans and the skor content of a small with just more ice cream added.
Called to raise an issue and the response was not fault there and did not care about our concerns.
Suggest avoiding this place unless an adult is on staff that appreciates customers paying their salaries.
