Uber order placed at DQ north St. Albert location but my review is only about DQ’s food and lack of service. In Uber Eats app and only when in this location’s store, I was kicked out of my cart and items deleted 4 times at either the “tip” stage or “place order” stage and got either a message saying “items not available” or “can’t contact store”, the 5th time finally worked! Order was finally placed at 6:42pm, picked up in 12 min at 6:54pm, and promptly delivered in another 12 min at 7:06pm and grabbed from our front door while the driver was walking away. Very frustrating start but surprisingly quick prep and delivery! Our driver was great! Then back to frustrated when we found our whole order was cold and sticky ice cream all over the cups and cardboard carrier! Food couldn’t get cold that fast unless it was already old and cold, and not freshly prepared, and the cups were not sticky with ice cream because it melted during that 12 min drive on a winter night, but rather because the cups overflowed when the spoons and lids were placed on them. No attempt by staff to either wipe it clean or redo the Blizzards. That’s not fair to the delivery driver or the paying customer who both have to handle them! Then I unwrap my burger to see that my “no tomato or onions” note was ignored, again! How difficult is it to read? The little things become a big deal because patrons are already dealing with shrinkflation and overpriced food so we should be able to expect at least the food and service to be good. Do better, DQ!!

Fantastic bathroom! Coat hanger? Check! Handicap rail to lean on while doing business? Check! Nirvana blasting while pushing? You got it! Not to mention a well planned architectual layout allowing for optimal acoutics 🥳🥳🥳

The service and quality has gone quite downhill at this location. I ordered 2 medium sundaes and they look like smalls. This happens all of the time. If I go to the other location in St. Albert, they are never this cheap on the ice cream. Also if I complain, the staff are very rude (except John, John is amazing and this never happens when he serves us)

I never do reviews but I had to give a huge shout out to John. He absolutely made my day just by being kind and warm during my visit. I left there with a smile and phoned a friend just to rave about him and it turned out she also had the same experience with him! I hope it gets back to him that people just enjoy his presence

I ordered a crispy chicken wrap, fries, and a medium iced tea. The fries were old, stale, and not even warm. The wrap had wilted lettuce and the chicken was really dry. When I pulled up to the window, they had me pay and handed me my iced tea, and not even two minutes later they brought out my food. That makes me think it had been sitting around for a while instead of being freshly made. To make it worse, I live out of town, so I couldn’t just go back and complain. Really disappointing experience.

Went through the drive thru, the person on the speaker was rude and uninterested.
Ordered a crispy, ranch wrap, and they gave me a spicy one. So she didn’t even listen to my order. Quite disappointed.

We all had,medium dipped cones its a whipped desert with fake chocolate I presume for its value and rhe cost of the blend we didn't think this was any added value although the young staff were kind and somewhat expedient

I just went through the drive thru, with our oder I had a cone for our daughters kids meal so was unable to check the bag. When i arrived home I found that the onion rings i had ordered and paid for were not in the bag so I decided to try and call them. No answer and the voice mail they have set up was full. Tried multiple more times and still no answer. I am very disappointed in the fact that as the food was bagged it was not being checked properly especially considering the increased prices we pay for these services!
