Fantastic food and service! Strongly recommend the steak frites for those with smaller appetites. Overall a great experience.
First and foremost, do not put children in the centre as the one kid was completely obnoxious, throwing tantrums and straws on the floor. The parents were not disciplining the child. Second, the food was absolutely atrocious. We ordered the pizza and bead sticks with dip. We only ate half of our meal and basically did not bother to pack the rest to take home. The waiter came by twice and only brought coffee when asked. He did not once acquired if we liked the food etc. So, I am not sure of coming back to this location.
All the dishes were very good. I'm not sure why the shrimp aren't grilled anymore and no lemon or garlic flavor to them.
Food and service was excellent. We took 4 of our grandchildren for lunch. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
We took our parents there in Canada Day as we had eaten there before and although the service is normally slow the food in the past has been good. This was the first time I was embarrassed going to a restaurant that I recommended. To say the service was slow would be a gross understatement. It took an hour after ordering to get our meals. Both salmon meals were o revoked and dry. The vegetables were so undercooked they were just out of the fridge crunchy (with a bit of char for flavor). My sisters rice even wasn't fully cooked. My mom's steak was so dry the manager could even tell from a standing position. From across the table it just looked dry and nasty. We had ordered a Caesar salad to share as an appetizer and it was warm, which was only amplified by the warm side plates we were given to eat it on. The long wait was one thing, the next was the sad state of the food was another thing. The lack of napkins and utensils for everyone at the table was another. The fact that our server seemed to forget that we existed (no updates in the delay of the food.... we had to ask for napkins and utensils and refills in the water) and neither the kitchen or our server noticed the sad state of the food (especially the one steak) before it got delivered to our table (in stages I might add (2 people got their meals. Then another 5 minutes later the next person got there's. and then 10 min later I got mine). The only bright spot was the manager who when they were told we were not happy with the meal (I normally say nothing if things aren't optimal but this “dining experience” was so abysmal that I felt we had to say something so that for the future it could be corrected so no one else would be subjected to it), anyways the manager came over and introduced herself said she was the manager and said she heard we weren't happy. She tried everything once she looked at the food to rectify the situation. I must commend her on how she handled it.
Super accommodating! Got us a nice shady spot on the patio. Happy hour drinks were delicious for a great value and the service was very friendly.
Glad I made a reservation as it was super busy and noisy. Food was good and service was excellent

She is amazing! Our business group of girls appreciated her energy and high level of service!
The truffle pasta dish, it was too gooey or doughy. The meal came out room temperature & the desserts were awful. The banana cream tart tasted like days old and like card board and the cheesecake was the same. It had a manufacturing taste. Taste like the fridge. I was greatly disappointed and for the price.
Spinach dip is THE BEST and the pizza's are very goooooood

Remarkably apathetic host was remarkably slow to bus and set a table for three at 3pm. We were not given happy hour menus or water upon seating and had to request it after the server arrived at the table a number of minutes later, and our drink order took quite a while to arrive even after that. The server was friendly but clearly busy and the support staff didn’t seem to do much. We ordered three meals. Two off the happy hour menu which both arrived cold and the regular menu burger was too salty to eat. The gravy was cold and coagulated. We were too annoyed and hungry to bother complaining and just took a majority of it to go after the amount of time we’d already been there. I’ve had great meals at earls but this one was incredibly disappointing
☀️Can't go wrong with brunch on the patio at Earls-bring your pocket book $$$$$ They aren't giving anything away -but once in awhile it's a treat
The fried calamari is not worth the money at all. Soft, soggy and only small portions, not even enough to share per the menu. Very disappointed. I ordered mushrooms to cone with my prime steak, The mushrooms were small in size and small portions for $5.00.
My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely lunch today. Our server was very attentive and our sangria was delish!
Was a great Mother's Day place ....alchohol is overpriced for the type of restaurant it is
