Our waiter was wonderful! We went for my son's bday and the server was very attentive with a great attitude. The table we sat at was perfect, and very cozy for all of us! The food was great too!

I had actually ordered. Half rack of barbque ribs (which were excellent by the way) as was the rest of the food) and was given a full rack. I explained to the waitress that I had only ordered a half rack and she insisted that I ordered a full order something I never ever do. She insisted it and charged me for it. Very disappointing. Also they actual piled the ribs directly on the hot potato salad leaking barbque sauce all over it. Kind of ruined the flavour.

Dinner with Daughter and Spouse who were sick when we came on January 10, 2026 for husband's 81st Birthday. Noise level where we were sitting was pretty loud but the service and food items were excellent. Big Thank You to Ryley for making our evening so enjoyable!

Overall, dinner was great. I did have to wear my coat during dinner while sitting beside the window. We were all feeling chilly.

Had the chowder. Seemed like the soup was just put on the stove at 13:30. Is was like eating raw vegetable soup in warm milk. All the vegetables were still raw.

I ordered the chicken fettuccine and have to say this is the worst pasta dish I've ever had. Hardly any cream sauce. The chicken was charred too much and extremely dry. I like most earls dishes but will never order the pasta again. It was stuck together and cold when it arrived

They sat us right away which we really appreciated as often they make you wait even though restaurant has many open tables. Our server came over right away and was very attentive and kind and the food was delicious!!!

The cuisine was outstanding. We were extremely pleased. However, the service was average. I have encountered exceptional service at another establishment.

We booked a 6o'clock res on New Years Eve. Arrived a bit early (5min) and were seated right away. Connor (who is a fabulous server) offered us a happy hour drink as we were just under the wire! I was shocked it was offered on New Years Eve. We chose the preset menus. Enjoyed the wagu appy and the calamari. Smaller portion but we were very happy with both. We each had the 6oz sirloin. Both cooked to our exact request. Mashed potatoes and asparagus were great sides. Finished up with smaller portions of the cheese cake and sticky toffee. Excellent. The serving sizes were just perfect - all for $55 per person. Hoping they do it again next year. It was a great way to kick off our eve. Thanks to Connor for his great, efficient service - always with a smile !

Normally the food at Earls is fresh and tasty, it was not on this evening, hopefully it's just a one time blip.

Great friendly service. Food came within a good timeline. Not too fast, not too slow. We had the blackened chicken and the Cobb salad with salmon. Both were excellent! House wine wasn't too bad for its price.

Earls st albert has been our non stop restaurant in st albert for years. Michelle was a great server and even sold us a 100$ gift card to use on our dinner. Then it came with a 20$ bonus card!

The new menu items were a nice change, the new tables and greenery make the lounge much more private. Not only was it a great meal, Michelle made it even better!
