Glad I made a reservation as it was super busy and noisy. Food was good and service was excellent
This review is specifically for Kaitlin / K-Bert!
She is amazing! Our business group of girls appreciated her energy and high level of service!
The truffle pasta dish, it was too gooey or doughy. The meal came out room temperature & the desserts were awful. The banana cream tart tasted like days old and like card board and the cheesecake was the same. It had a manufacturing taste. Taste like the fridge. I was greatly disappointed and for the price.
Spinach dip is THE BEST and the pizza's are very goooooood
Remarkably apathetic host was remarkably slow to bus and set a table for three at 3pm. We were not given happy hour menus or water upon seating and had to request it after the server arrived at the table a number of minutes later, and our drink order took quite a while to arrive even after that. The server was friendly but clearly busy and the support staff didn’t seem to do much. We ordered three meals. Two off the happy hour menu which both arrived cold and the regular menu burger was too salty to eat. The gravy was cold and coagulated. We were too annoyed and hungry to bother complaining and just took a majority of it to go after the amount of time we’d already been there. I’ve had great meals at earls but this one was incredibly disappointing
☀️Can't go wrong with brunch on the patio at Earls-bring your pocket book $$$$$ They aren't giving anything away -but once in awhile it's a treat
The fried calamari is not worth the money at all. Soft, soggy and only small portions, not even enough to share per the menu. Very disappointed. I ordered mushrooms to cone with my prime steak, The mushrooms were small in size and small portions for $5.00.
My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely lunch today. Our server was very attentive and our sangria was delish!
Was a great Mother's Day place ....alchohol is overpriced for the type of restaurant it is
We were so disappointed tonight. It took over 15 minutes before we even received a glass of water and over 25 minutes to receive our meal. When it arrived my husband and I both ordered the filet mignon and it arrived not hot. It was barely warm. Our server was pleasant but not attentive.

Our server, Nyah, was amazing! She was attentive, kind, professional and efficient! The birthday treat was especially appreciated! Thank you!
Very disappointed to book a reservation for 4 in advance and sat at corner table where there were only 3 seating options. The host had to get another chair, which made us close to the next table and that table became uncomfortable with the additional chair in their space. Our table was not even set for 4. My husband requested a new table as we walked past several empty tables for 4 on our way to be seated. We were told the restaurant was fully booked and they could not provide a new table. Shortly after our remaining party of 2 arrived, we sat uncomfortably and our server came and asked if we would like to be moved now that our remaining party had arrived?! We said of course we would like to be moved and were then escorted to the area with open tables we had seen. Our server was great, and food was delicious. However, all 4 of us did not appreciate the attempt to shove a party of 4 at a table for 2 that would also not fit 2 adult men comfortably.
Always enjoy Earls in St. Albert as it is conveniently located for us and the variety of food choices has something for everyone in the family. The waitress and service was incrediable, the only downside to our dining experience this time was the food was cold when it arrived and it was not very busy at the resturant. The wings could have been more crispy to my likely.
Love Earl's. There is always something on the menu that is really good and I like the hustle and bustle. Great service, great food!
First time I've ever been to Earl's being new to the area. Food was good and prices were reasonable for what we ordered. Service was good, if not a bit odd dealing with 6 different servers coming to my table, but in the end, service gets a low mark as the waitress double tipped herself and we didn't notice until we got home. That left a pretty sour taste in our mouth that ensures we don't visit Earl's again for a long time.
