Very disappointed to book a reservation for 4 in advance and sat at corner table where there were only 3 seating options. The host had to get another chair, which made us close to the next table and that table became uncomfortable with the additional chair in their space. Our table was not even set for 4. My husband requested a new table as we walked past several empty tables for 4 on our way to be seated. We were told the restaurant was fully booked and they could not provide...
Always enjoy Earls in St. Albert as it is conveniently located for us and the variety of food choices has something for everyone in the family. The waitress and service was incrediable, the only downside to our dining experience this time was the food was cold when it arrived and it was not very busy at the resturant. The wings could have been more crispy to my likely.
First time I've ever been to Earl's being new to the area. Food was good and prices were reasonable for what we ordered. Service was good, if not a bit odd dealing with 6 different servers coming to my table, but in the end, service gets a low mark as the waitress double tipped herself and we didn't notice until we got home. That left a pretty sour taste in our mouth that ensures we don't visit Earl's again for a long time.
