Gone to this location many times. Have always had a good experience, the food is always hot & made fresh. We are always warmly greeted & always thanked for coming in on our way out. The dining area is always clean & everything is always fully stocked.

Don't fill dishes too where they are mandated by franchise. You pay for regular and get half, you pay for sumo and get half. BAD OWNERS. JUST WANT TO COLLECT CASH. NOT WORTH WHAT YOU PAY. I HAVE NOTIFIED OTH EDOs AND HEAD OFFICE

2nd time ordering food to go and they still got it wrong and unfortunately dont know til you get back to the office. Will order from another Edo in St. Albert to see if it is better..

I absolutely love MARK AND HIS TEAM! 10/10 he creates such a wonderful warm and great experience! I have allergies and food restrictions and he always greets me with a smile making sure the entire food is made so I am okay without an allergic reaction. He has worked hard to curate the best place possible and i truly feel this is one of the best spots and Edo Japans ever. If you go ask for Mark and tell him Jay sent you!

I probably eat here more than I should, but the fact that the cooks say hello and goodbye by name is a customer service detail worth mentioning. The food is good and consistent and my usual bowl is good value. The friendliness of the staff makes my day.

Well-kept Edo Branch. Foods were not tasted burnt unlike others. They have scanner for rewards bar code. Busy but staff can handle it. Complete condiments area.

The staff here were friendly, the food came out quickly and was better than any I've had at other Edo locations! If you have your choice of locations, this is the one I'd recommend!
