What's with asking for a tip at a stand up counter service? I dont think this is proper. Food is expensive even at take out places. Tips are for the dining in waited service.

Just spent 25$ on a bento box with extra beef. All the beef tastes rancid. Whole meal is off and wrong. And I’m a regular costumer, I regularly get beef and I luv... how it usually is.... this meat is not fresh...
25$ is a lot of money for all of it to be rancid and bad. Its 2023, not 1999.
