This place was a great place to eat. It felt like the perfect mix between regular and fine dining. We had their tomato bisque, pesto wings, capriccio pizza, salad, and a few more things, including affogato for dessert. Anais was a great server - very prompt and friendly.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and found both lacking in flavour.

Famoso is a nice spot with a good atmosphere. The food was okay — nothing exceptional, but still enjoyable. Service was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. A solid option for a casual meal.

Decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint! Food 10/10, service was amazing 10/10 and atmosphere was perfect 10/10. I will most definitely be back for the tomato soup!

The food is adequate, but it feels like a shadow of what Famoso once was. I used to always enjoy the BBQ chicken pizza back in the day, but it has been a few years since I last ate at Famoso because it just felt like the pizza was always so dry and the crust wasn't as good as it used to be.
Tonight I gave it another shot.
The service was great and our server was friendly and attentive. (Big plus!)
But the pizza itself was about the same as I remembered it from when I gave up eating at Famoso. Not enough sauce was put on it, and the chicken felt a bit dried out, and the dough had an almost rubbery texture to it as I ate it. Perhaps the recipe has changed and I am just out of date with how it is supposed to taste? I am not sure.
If I was going to recommend Famoso based on the service and atmosphere alone, then yeah, five stars. But for me, the pizza itself fell really short.
If I go back, maybe I will try the pasta instead.

The food was delicious as always
Haven't ordered Famoso in a while, and always ordered the same delicious food because it was authentic. I was disappointed to learn upon my food arriving today, that the cesar salad dressing was not like the original recipe. Hopefully it was made in house and not just a store bought jar. Pizza is still great!
Pretty cool place with okay service, food sucks though. Went with my family and we all exploded the toilets after this. DONT GO HERE. Thank me later...
Best Pizza in Edmonton area!

Our daughters favorite place to go is Famoso so we stopped in while in Town for the weekend. We’ve never been to a ‘Pronto’ location before and noticed the atmosphere to be a bit less cozy than other regular Famoso restaurants. Our kids love playing with raw dough as we wait for our meals and were surprised when we were advised by the waitress that they don’t do that at this location. Nevertheless, she still provided them with the dough! Food was great as always.
Service fast and friendly. They have to go back to the drawing board for the gluten free crust. Just not good.
best experience i’ve had as well as fat burger love both the places and the employees!!
Famoso Pronto Pizza is a solid spot for a quick, tasty bite. The crust is light and crispy, the toppings are fresh, and the flavors hit just right. Perfect if you’re craving some real Italian pizza
Friendly staff amazing food, very fast service
