Used to love coming here to study but over the last few months it hasn't been as good. you can't get free refills on brewed coffee ?, many things are frequently out of stock, and plug ins don't work and it's starting to look unkempt. hope to see things change for the benefit of the kind staff that have been there for awhile.

This is hands down my favourite coffee shop to go to in St. Albert. The staff here are so cheerful and always make getting my usual feel so special. This cafe has a real community feel that you don’t get in other chain coffee shops.

Tried for the first time today. Food was stale, coffee was bland, potato soup was watery and coagulated. Noone cares there about service or their job. When we told them about our nasty food and drinks they just shrugged their shoulders. I like to support local but Starbucks blows this establishment out of the water. Too bad really.

Been there twice in a week. Won't return. The service is not the greatest, food is bleh and expensive (over 8$ for a cheese croissant with ham). The dirtiness of the washroom makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. The sink was spotted, the wall beside it was covered in strikes of dirty water, the toilet was spotted with splats of feces and urine and the wall beside the toilet was covered with unknown substances. After initially reporting it to the customer service, I went back a second time to verify if my complaint had been heard. I'm sadly reporting that not much cleaning has been made. I won't go back there.
