We ordered my daughters 16th birthday cake from Grandin Bakery recently. It was a very specific order. The cake turned out beautifully. Absolutely delicious, decorated perfectly and everyone loved it! Will be ordering all future cakes from here!

I agree with the other review regarding customer service. I came in to order my daughter’s birthday cake on Saturday. I was speaking with Megan and asked about just changing the icing color. She got huffy and stated “okay well that is an ENTIRELY different order! You will have to talk to our decorator” like I should have known this before coming in. She gave off the impression that my coming in to place this order was an inconvenience. Her entire attitude and how she spoke with me was offputting. We ordered our daughter’s cake at GB last year but will be going elsewhere this year. 2 stars because I liked GB before this visit.

Everything is made out of artificial ingredients. Nothing is natural. The smell is so fake and i you in can tell is unhealthy. Doesn't worth the hassle. Many times they close earlier than the time they claim. Not recommended.
