“Tried it for the first time and i loved it! I heard on TikTok about the pita wraps so i had to come in and try it since i love pita bread! So so so good, i had the chicken pita wrap with no jalapeños with the Santorini salad on the side. Portions were very good, the salad itself could’ve been the meal they gave so much. Sandy was amazing and helped me order since it was my first time. Such a good experience, didn’t feel gross after eating, the food was light and healthy. My boyfriend also loved his food, he got the gyro pita wrap with fries and the calamari and he loved everything. 10/10. Definitely coming back here!“

I figured my tastes have changed since then & tried a bunch of other donairs all over the city & kinda got sick of them. Went back here & My God.. I forgot how amazing this place is. “We went here before our concert at the Winspear Center. The Oil Lamp is run by the cutest elderly couple. The food is amazing, and the place has its charm. Nice selection of wines and beers to complement your food. We had the Chicken Souvlaki and the Beef Gyro. The chicken was moist and perfectly done, packed with flavor. The owner also gave us complimentary Hummus and Tatziki dip along with fresh pita as our starters. Definitely recommend it, and we will definitely be back. Gotta try some more of those amazing dishes. Oh, they are also very reasonably priced.“

“Was quiet, with excellent food and service. My wife rates restaurants by how good the bread is and she had the French dip and the torpedo roll was some of the best she's had. I had meat loaf which I would highly recommend, (nicely spiced and the gravey was wonderful). All 4 meals were very plentiful to the point of too much. (Being seniors) all and all a great experience. If you go have a look atthe crane on the bar, a working model of a very large crane.“
