​The food is consistently top-notch—everything I have tried on the menu is really good and always satisfying.
​What truly sets this location apart, however, is the staff. I've come to know some of the girls working here over the years, and I must say they are incredible people. They are genuinely so friendly and make every weekly visit a pleasure.

“If you care about your health, you definitely need to dine-in at this location. Every food on the menu is extra healthy! The staffs are very hospitable and accommodating, especially Sonja, she always greet costumers with a positive attitude and vibe. My favourite food to get from here are the peri peri bowl, Texas smokehouse wrap, and Berry Crunch Salad bowl.“

“Variety of healthy food and good size servings. Love the ice water with chunks of fruit in it. Service at the counter. No table side service. Wait is not long. Free parking is plentiful. Access is easy and accessible from the parking lot. Friendly atmosphere.

“My favorite freshii in Edmonton. I come here all the time because I'm working in the area this summer. The two guys that work here are the best. Very kind, always smiling. They always do the best they can. I always suggest calling or order online to ensure you don't have to wait long. They can get busy and it takes time to build all those bowls and wraps!

“I got the chocolate banana shake after my work outs which is usually good but I added Vega protein this time which I’m not a huge fan of. If you like Vega protein it’ll be a good choice I don’t like the taste of Vega otherwise I would get the shake as is it’s great that way!“

“Buffet food is absolutely terrible. Butter chicken was by far the worst tasting butter chicken I’ve ever had. It was chicken, and curry water. Microwaved chicken for sure. Had the Chinese food today and ginger beef was old, spongy and drenched in soya sauce. The fried rice was as if it was 3 days old. No flavour, just a hint of Lipton chicken noodle soup. Haven’t tried the fresh stuff yet but I thought all of the food is supposed to be fresh? Yikes“
