Did winning Big Burger Challenge go to your head. Your Burgers have lost your love once made. PLEASE regain the love and passion once was. You know how to be number 1.

Burger was burnt, and their idea of a Ceasar salad is a head of lettuce chopped in half, drowning in dressing with bacon bits sprinkled.
When I made an inquiry, the cook came out to tell me to open my own restaurant.
Holy cow this place has gone way downhill.

Service is a bit slow because they were completely slammed during the lunch rush on a weekend. Either way, doesn't diminish the quality of absolutely most delicious burger I've ever had.
The fries are the best I've had outside Quebec!

Food is still great, customer service has diminished. There’s no point in staff being snarky towards anyone in any matter.

Best burgers in st Albert.
The wedge of Caesar salad, however, is certainly an artistic choice.
Amazing burgers. My go to is the inferno!

I was in there recently thought id try something new and was told it was a good spot. Customer service was pretty lame, the cooks were not using gloves so all our food was handled with bare hands, the girl who took our order was then on the line as well putting together burgers. I ordered a poutine, cheese were cubes and didnt melt and the gravy was very unappealing to the eye. I wont go back due to the gloves not being used, makes me wonder if their hands are clean!!!!!

I got take out. I ordered the classic burger, instead of the shroom. This is one of the best burgers Ive had in metro-edm in years. The meat was seasoned properly, the bun was perfect for the type of burger, with lettuce tomato and pickle. Delixious, go here.

I don't typically leave reviews but I can't let this one go. The owner of Jack's Burger Shack St. Albert needs to learn some etiquette on how to treat customers. I will NEVER be back strictly based on my experience this evening. I visited there a month or so ago and loved the burger. My second visit last night, unfortunately, was disappointing only because I didn't realize the burger came with onions and I didn't ask for it without. The menu is a little hard to read in that regard, but I see it did come with onions once the staff explained it to me. I bragged the burgers up to my mother in law so we decided to go back tonight. I explained about the burger last night and thought it was reasonable to ask for one of the burgers we were ordering to be comped for last night's situation. The employees seemed uptight and now I know why. The owner is a tyrant and they're probably scared of him. He laughed that I brought the burger to show that I only had a couple bites and wasn't just trying for a free burger. He went on to tell me very angrily that he's losing money if he comps me. A few other things were said... its a bit of blur it was so shocking. At that point, I told my very uncomfortable looking mother in law that we're leaving. He may have lost $$ giving me one free burger tonight, even if I were in the wrong, but we were also going to order another burger, some fries and milkshakes. I just moved to the area and I'm within walking distance. I probably would've been a weekly customer and brought my friends and family there many times over the coming years but I will never be back now. He would've made his money back pretty quickly and then some. Smash Burger up the street makes a pretty mean burger too. Might not be as close but they're always polite and seem to know the value of a customer. I can also buy my own ground beef from Darcy's Meats and make my own burger so I'm good!! Take care Jack's Burger Shack... you suck!!

A bit pricy for burgers but there good. Not a fan of a stand there to order and give a tip but here we are. The dining area is really small (10-12 pers max)

Used to love Jack's. Unfortunately the last time I went with my family, our experience was horrible and we wont be back. To make a long story short, after waiting 20 min for just our drinks, my husband went to ask on them only to have the owner yell at him about it! fun times...
