Well, very disappointed. The All Shook Up burger had minimal bacon (1 1/4) piece. The Standard burger was bland. The customer service was so-so. And overall the burgers are over priced. Very disappointing. Their quality has gone down since expanding.

The staff are friendly but unexperienced. Ordered a burger with no tomato. Was not asked if it was an allergy. While making it the young burger maker removed a slice of tomato from the burger already bagged. Highly allergic especially to pita and skin. Anyway when ai asked if they could remake it without tomato the owner chef was rude innocuous and told me I should have said allergy to tomato. Burger was soggy, absolutely tasteless. No flavour. Aweful!! This is the first and last time I will visit this unprofessional and gross establishment. As as as! Hey, you should learn that the customer is always right. Try that to stay in business.

What a shame do not go here quality is horrible just look at that tomato there. Food is trash save your money. Don’t believe the hype terrible burger and jack fries was just a bunch of mayo on top.

First time here. Will never waste my money again. Patty was paper thin. The poutine was balnd and unappealing. The staff were polite and and had smiles. I would not recommend this place . Find someplace that has actual patties

Good food but very slow
Fantastic burgers! Service was as fast as could be expected, given how busy they were. But everything came out at the same time, and the food was hot.
