Ordered supper through here, when we got the food the fries were soggy and cold, the gravy was thrown in the bag with the lid off, and the fish was slimy, will not be back

Nirmal was excellent. He attended well to my family needs during our multiple trips to this location.
An example is when he accepted my wife's request to have another portion fries made a certain way. With a warm smile, he returned with fries fried (no pun intended) to her specifications. Another example is how he took his time to hear the kids out and add extra goodies to our order. Indeed, these kind gestures were timely and made a positive impact on our family experience.
