We came here since we heard good things about it. Nice, clean, and welcoming spot with a bright, modern feel. The staff were cheerful, attentive, and quick to help, which made the visit pleasant right from the start.

KB & Co has a surprisingly large and varied menu, especially for a plant-based cafe, with plenty of bowls, wraps, smoothies, and healthy treats to choose from.
We tried the Smokey Caesar and the falafel dish. Both looked fresh and colorful, and the Smokey Caesar was especially flavorful — crisp greens, well-balanced dressing, and generous toppings.

The falafel, however, missed the mark for me. The falafel felt soft and mushy, and it actually fell apart easily, lacking the firm texture I typically expect. Additionally, it was rather mild in flavor and didn’t showcase the vibrant herbaceous notes that make falafel so distinctive. It wasn’t inedible, but it stood out as the one weak point in an otherwise solid meal.

Overall, though, KB & Co delivers fresh, health-minded food in a comfortable space with great service. I’d definitely come back to try more of the menu — just probably not the falafel next time.

I had Kb&Co St.Albert cater my event and I was so pleased with how it turned out! Raegan was able to give me all the information I needed on a timely manner and was very pleasant to deal with. I also had the chance to meet the owner of this property, Ashley! Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that I was stress free when it came to my order for my event. I want to thank both of them for their patience. I would definitely have them cater another event. The Acai bowls and dessert platter were delicious!

A true gem for those who love fresh, flavourful, and conscious eats! I had the Coconut Thai Bowl and paired it with their Oat Chai Latte, and both were nothing short of perfection.

The Coconut Thai Bowl is a vibrant masterpiece of flavours—creamy coconut, a hint of spice, and loads of fresh, crisp veggies. The balance of textures and the portion size were absolutely satisfying. It’s wholesome comfort food with a gourmet twist.

The Oat Chai Latte was equally impressive—perfectly spiced, smooth, and just the right level of sweetness. The oat milk adds a subtle creaminess that complements the warming chai spices.

Not only is the food amazing, but the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or to grab something on the go. I’ll definitely be back

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO NUTS!! I came here for a healthy lunch and let them know I have a nut allergy at the time or ordering. They told me they’d keep everything separate. I had a full on allergic reaction within minutes of taking a few bites of the salad!!! And they did nothing to help me when I called and complained. They told me I must have developed a new allergy to the other ingredients, when I’ve had all the other ingredients prepared myself with no problem! Paid $25 for two bites of a salad I couldn’t even finish because my throat started to close! Overpriced and NOT allergy friendly.

We went to the one in Kelowna during covid and were happy to hear that there are several locations in and around Edmonton since we visit often.
This one has a nice warm vibe with friendly staff. The Turmeric latte is the best I’ve had: yummy, smooth and comforting. The food is generously portioned, tasty and beautiful. Will be back when we are in town again!

I don’t have a kb&co in my town, so whenever in the Edmonton area I make a special trip to treat myself to some of the best food. I always get a smoothie, meal and a treat for after.

Kid-friendliness: My kids eat with their eyes first and they have no problem gobbling up the delicious food. Waffles are always a hit.
