I went into KFC and had an issue at the counter. When I was paying, I thought I had already given the cashier my coupon, but she told me I should have given it to her before. I said “my bad,” and then I asked if I could still use it. She said it was okay and that the difference was “only $2.” But when I checked my receipt later, I saw I was actually charged about $3 extra instead of getting the discount. I left disappointed because the coupon should have been applied correctly.

Food was terrible. A&W use to be my go to place. This time I treated someone out for a lunch. Neither of us could eat the burgers. Slimy and no taste. My order didn't have fries but it was suppose to. I tried my frirnds fry. Not good. We both threw our food in the garbage.

I’ve been going to this KFC location quite frequently since i attend a local high school and it’s the perfect spot to grab lunch at. The food is always top notch and the customer service is phenomenal. Would recommend this location if you’re in the food for some fried chicken.
