Well I cannot review the food because nobody would take my order. Went here on Jan 3rd 3pm . Was going to place an order for my family , waited at the kiosk , yelled hello , one guy was sleeping at a table , the other guy appeared to be wearing headphones and cleaning a deep fryer . As I made more noise the guy sleeping woke up and just gave me a funny look . I turned and said , hello , is anyone working? I did not get a response, just a blank stare. We left . Very odd business. Iv also noticed all the 5 star reviews are fake . The service here must be horrendous

Went to the drive-through and ordered a 10 piece festive feast. Got home to notice that there are six pieces of chicken, my side of gravy as well as my stuffing. Called the restaurant where they proceeded to argue with me. The person who answered the phone told me that they took my payment, but they didn’t and then proceeded to tell me that I must’ve went to a different KFC. The food was good, but the service was overall terrible. They proceeded to charge me though for what I didn’t get.

Normally the service is good this was the only location id go in st albert but now i wont even waste my time anymore. Itold my friend to go to this location for me he asked for fresh chicken and fries and as many thighs as possible they gave us cold chicken cold gravy and cold fries. They gave us all the smallest pieces of chicken imaginable. And they were really rude. Last time I eat at any kfc in st albert.

Highly recommended not ordering online from this location! Ordered online through the app. I did not receive all the items that I was charged for and the staff at the store told me that it was not their problem and refused to refund me the money I was charged!

I’m not a huge kfc fan but it was convenient today. The bathrooms smelled lovely and the gentleman at the till was very kind and helpful - it is for him that I am compelled to write this review.
