it took 20 minutes for my very small order to be completed with no sense of urgency, even though I had to get on the bus. All I ordered was an iced coffee, a wrap and a hot chocolate and it took 20 minutes for them to finish. The hot chocolate ended up being just steamed milk with no flavour and no quality. The iced coffee is not to standard and I’m very disappointed with the service. they are not organized and they’re not taking into account that people have places to be and the order can’t take 20 minutes, I had to catch the bus and I had to run before I missed it. The wait time compared to the quality the food is not standard, I don’t mind waiting if the food is good, but the quality was just terrible. I would not recommend going to this place. I would suggest you go to the McDonald’s by the Walmart or by superstore, don’t waste your time here.

So I got the cotton candy shake expecting it to taste like a regular shake. Until I took a sip and that sip was the sweetest sip I have ever taken in my life it was like they overdosed the shake with the flavour and added more sugar after that and also I asked for sweet and sour suce not spicy habanero sauce. Great job McDonald’s

Food typical. Service...well...they laughed when a girl making a scene was escorted out by the security officer. I was spoiled but the girl was truly seeking attention... I wonder how they could change the crowed that seems to gather here

Would be nice if someone would get back to me about this concern. Maybe management doesnt care about concerns or problems with the service they offer and provide to their customers.I see the reviews for this place prove this....Went through drive thru, Ordered our meals no milk with kids meal and McChicken didn't have anything on it except a tired looking chicken patty I guess a person has to check every thing over well before you leave the drive thru to make sure you get what you ordered

See if I could give no stars I would the customer service to coloured teens is absolute garbage no respect towards the coloured teens who enter the restaurant ahmen the assistant manager is the worst of them all they all have no respect when talking to customers and will call the police for things that aren’t necessary cops themselves have talked to me and said that this McDonalds always wastes their time with pointless calls just trash honestly worst costumer service I’ve ever gotten on more than one account

Every morning I stop by on my way to work, and order a tea and a muffin sometimes coffee for my coworkers and EVERY time I’m pulled to the park window, without even a change to say no as I just have coffee. I was a manager for 6 years at a McDonald’s and encouraged my staff to not park for coffee/tea unless it was more than 4. It’s very disappointing when you get parked for such a simple item when 6-10 cars go through the drive through with multiple bags of food and drinks and I’m only waiting on a simple coffee waiting 5-9 mins everyday for a coffee is awful and not how I want to start my day.Very disappointed with the service. Not when an apology for waiting just given the coffee and again have the window shut in my face.

I ordered at the drive thru today August 29 just before 1:30 pm. The lady at the second window who is giving the orders told me to wait at the third window for the hamburger I ordered. After all the six cars behind me had left with their orders (I saw them with combo meals) and my car is the only car waiting at the drive thru for approximately 10 minutes, I decided to go inside and get my order. Please train the staff working at the drive thru to focus at their job.
