I come here with kids a lot, so take this with that in mind. No place beats McDonald's for little kids, and this one has a play place. Can't ask for much more.

Mistakes/ inconsistent coffee

I've been addicted to the new burgers added, even though they're always older paddies and thrown together with almost no condiments. Today I asked for extra condiments and pickles but that was way to complicated for the employees. Also the sweet chili chicken burger wrapper was covered with sauce and lettuce. Also the paddie was so old I couldn't eat it.I guess they did me a favor though. This was the last mcdonalds I'd go to. But they've been getting worse and worse. So now I have no more mcdonalds to go to. Which is great. I can finally start eating healthy. Thanks for the nasty food mcdonalds workers!! ?? did me a mega favor.

I honestly cant stand this place , every single time I've gone here ,they mess my order completly up and give me aditude when asked to make it right. I think they should lose the franchise and put another mini mall up . These guys have no customer service skills at all and the manager should atleast have a grade 12 education . And dont go in the mornings, as its litteraly 2 men working that have no clue what they are doing . 15 minutes sitting at the front of the line waiting for my order and had to leave before I got it or woulda bin late for work,over a small coffee and a hashbrown.

I really enjoy the fruit explosions and the carrots cake muffins. I also enjoy their chicken wraps and panini.
The food is not really healthy, the people are a good source of energy and communication. This place has existed in Saint Albert for over twenty years and is still giving joy to this day.Parking: The lot is a very decent size made for anyone.Kid-friendliness: I have been going to this Mac Donald’s since a kid, and o can say from the outside to inside, the equipment, and the place.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access for anyone with extra requirements for receiving a decent visit.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I’ve been working the night shift, and on my night off I was absolutely starving! With so little open at 3 am on Wednesday in St Albert, I decided I would settle for some Dons. The absolute despair my mind and stomach felt when I pulled up to the drive thru window and was refused service. Not sure if the staff is just lazy and did not want to fire up the grill for a poor hungry girl, or if the “open 24 hours” plastered everywhere is a LIE. Regardless, if you’re hungry at 3 am, this place will not serve you! Save your time and gas money and go somewhere respectable where they feed the hungry.

Their coke game is on fire here, their machines are in pretty good shape.Great drive-thru McDonalds, the crew is always happy and friendly on the menu device boards.The food is McDonalds... its McDonalds.Interior is far too small and often way too busy to even think about going in to manually order.
