The hours on Google maps are wrong. There's a big sign at the drive thru saying they are open 24 hours but they aren't. Tried multiple times in the middle of the night and they are always closed. Fix your hours and take down your signs as otherwise this location is pretty good.

Delivery guy shows up after half hour of watching him drive around (I live literally 5 minutes away) and he tells me that this location MADE him take 2 orders and go across town first before bringing mine? Either he took both orders that are vary far from each other OR he got nothing??? That's awful management and now I have cold food and a pissed off driver. One star.. wish I could do zero, honestly

Terrible. I ordered a quarter pounder meal. $13 and there’s basically nothing on it. I asked for fresh fries - they aren’t and the container was 3/4 full. If I hadn’t driven so far before I started eating, I would have taken it back.

They get your order wrong more often than they get it right. I understand that these are minimum wage fast food workers and a relatively low service level is to be expected. But this is utter incompetence

Annoyed that they state it’s a 24hr establishment yet they are closed from 2am-4am everyday. Made a mobile order and drove over on night shift only to find they aren’t open and blocked off the drive through. Really sucks I wasted a chunk of my break.

Not allowed to give more than a small ice water… I offered to pay for a large, they said no, they’re not allowed. Please talk to management here, not everyone wants to use plastic, allow large ice waters - especially when customers offer to pay.
