The night staff are god awful with customer service. The one guy at the window flipped us off as we were driving away. I wish I was joking but he quite literally gave us the finger. That is terrible customer service and not appropriate.

At 10:20 PM on March 1st, I ordered a double qtr pounder with cheese, poutine, and ten nuggets with fries.My order number was CC8A3, and my store code was 40020.These guys couldn't be bothered to put the ten nuggets into the bag for whatever reason, so my gf was super disappointed. We were really hungry and hoping to have a little snack.Uber gave us back 5 bucks, but this didn't even cover the full price of the item that THEY COULDN'T BOTHER to add to a paper bag.This sucks, we're hungry, and this McDonald's has once again failed another customer. A well deserved 3.6 rating, in my opinion.

Decided to come back here for a quick run. The lady who took my order She was very rude and disrespectful and arguing with me over the intercom over my order. If you don't like the position you are in. There are other things to do at McDonald's. But customer service is not it Hopefully this establishment can do a little better

Had a wonderful experience with a worker named Liam he was excellent at helping us out. Sadly we got parked for about 10 minutes behind 4 other people waiting? Another time went there with some family and got a jr chicken and the chicken did not taste right at all. Spoke to a worker who was very nice just to have the manager come back and throw the food on the table at us saying ‘I saw you guys laughing, enjoy.” This McDonald’s seems it’s in need of new managers and better time management.

I'll never understand why you guys need to pull so many vehicles forward in reserved parking at this location...I was the 3rd vehicle parked when there is only 2 reserved spots.( Which shouldn't be used to consistently pull vehicles forward if you guys had things ready)Then you have someone out running bags doing multiple vehicles at one time, when the first vehicle that was put there has been sitting the longest...It is extremely frustrating when you are spending another 5 minutes waiting after coming to the 2nd window. 5-10 minutes total from the time we order is absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. DO BETTER.

I went through the drive-thru today orders 3 burgers, fries and an ice-cream. Just as we about to drive off I realized they forgot my ice-cream, go pass drive thru again, they gave me my ice-cream. I come home and see a fry in my ice cream. Like what’s a fry doing in my ice-cream? And how did no one notice it?
