I’m over this location. The first time I ever went there, my sub tasted like mold. I’m not sure which ingredient was causing that taste, specifically, but it was overpowering, so I had to throw it out. Another time I got their chicken souvlaki sub and the feta on it was rancid. Last night, I dragged my toddler there so I could have a late dinner before putting her to bed. Online says they close at 8. Their OPEN sign was still flashing when I pulled up, but I arrived at 7:03 PM to a locked door. The employee came out to tell me they close at 7. I told her online it says they close at 8 and she said, “well, we’ve been closing at 7 for the last 4 years.” I’d also like to note that they don’t have their hours posted on the store windows anywhere. Thanks for wasting my time.

Worst place . I will never go there again. The girl was at the back and she was scratching her head , pulled on the mask and of course without washing hand. The way she made my sub as if she is gonna feed an animal which I think they are way better fed than humans. Show a little bit of good customer service for the few that you have otherwise you going down on your business. I open the sub and it’s not pleasant at all to eat. You lost another customer.

girl just got out of the washroom and unlocked the door to let me in. i ordered two subs, and she missed about three things? i corrected her on two and gave up. she wasnt washing hands or changing gloves in between touching different things. not the best experience ive had. this is the third time ive had an issue with this location honestly

Got a grilled sub today and unfortunately the lady sprayed a crazy amount of Pam non-stick spray on the grill. Sub was soggy from the spray, really off putting. No other complaints though.

Bad customer service, the girl working there dont even care about if you as a customer. The amount of chicken/any meat they put in the subs is so less that you will ask for some more and they would charge you so much for that which would be like paying for a 12inch and you are buying inly a 6inch sub.Never going back there for sure.
