You'd think the ingredients came out of the employees pocket with how cheap they are. , pre portioned meat barely enough to have a piece per bite on a large.
Bread must only be made once a week and stored elsewhere cause it was dry and stale.
The 2 ladies working were nice enough to throw all the ingredients beside the bread first, to remind them what was asked to be put inside, instead of just like.. putting them inside? Friendly enough though.

I will not be asking to get a Sub sandwich from Mr. Sub Erin Ridge location ever again. It has nothing to do with the staff. They were nice. I was not impressed with the bread my sandwich was made on. Not fresh at all I don't believe. My bread was very crumbly and the amount of toppings was not acceptable. I got most of the toppings I requested but was very skimpy portions.

Excellent, haven’t been to a Mr sub in years and in comparison to that other place it’s night and day difference in quality, will be back next time I’m in the area.

I ordered a small sub and unfortunately it was made with dry bread. The price was listed at just under $9 and was charged $10.46. The sandwich was not worth the money and I won’t be back.

Usually don't write reviews but I feel this needs to be shared, with the cost of food as high as it is these days and all of us feeling the pinch in the pocket, I'm sure this extends to restaurants and its owners as well, thus we see rises in prices everywhere for anything food related... HOWEVER when I'm buying a large or footlong ham sub (whatever they refer to the size at Mr.Sub) for $10+ dollars and that ham subs gets a measly 4 THINLY sliced pieces of ham stretch across it, thats pretty embarrassing to call that a ham sub! When ordering the same sub at "other sub shops, (this includes the other Mr.Sub down the road in St.Albert)" the volume/quantity of meat is double if not triple that AND at a similar if not better price. I get the potential for rise in cost here Mr.Sub Erin Ridge but this is beyond cheap and taking advantage of customers.....Very disappointing.

Rude Employees and No Customer Service. Highly NOT Recommended.

Visited just now 2.16 pm, Sunday, September 8th.

The lady making the sub was rude and does not have customer service skills that pushes customers to come back.

1. She was acting as if she was busy and does not care about customer, despite there were just 2 customers.

2. At start, I asked her not to put lettuce first, she said, this is how we do because if we put in the end it makes it hard for them to close the sub. I have been a Subway customer, this has never happened.

3. When asked to put a little more of the toppings in a large sub that costed 12 bucks, she was making faces as if it’s going out her pocket and not company’s. For eg, when asked to put a little more mayo and salt and pepper, she said I’ll try to put as much as it can take, which she did not and gave us a dry sub.

4. The lady did not offer us to toast our sub

Overall a bad experience of this store with their employee and Mr. sub.

I would not visit this place again.

Went completely out of our way to go here and it was closed. 6pm on a Saturday...no hours on the door and website shows 7pm.

The best shop ever in St.Albert. Customer service is outstanding. They always have the freshest bread, fresh vegetables and not cheap on their toppings. Both owners work hard and it shows. Keep up the great work guys!!

There's a man with glasses who works there, in his 50s by the looks of him. I went in to order a sandwich, he asked if I was a wine drinker. I said no, mostly to be polite. He then proceeded to pressure me to see what kinds of alcohol I like to drink. How is this relevant to my sub? I walked out in the middle of him making it because I felt so uncomfortable.
