Absolutely 10/10 from start to finish. Excellent food, high quality ingredients and fantastic presentation. Service was TOP NOTCH, not rushed at all. The servers, bartenders and kitchen staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a high level of quality. I was in town for an event and my friend invited us to Nello's for dinner. The restaurant is small and cozy with amazing aroma coming from the kitchen. We had a large group and our server Audrey took care of us. Audrey was friendly and efficient dealing with all of us. The prices are slightly higher than other restaurants but the portions are huge. You are getting more than you pay for. Everything tasted amazing like it was cooked by my grandmother in her kitchen. Highly recommended and we can't wait until we return to St Albert to visit again.

Nice that they have the note for no baseball hats inside restaurant. Maybe long pants for men also??

The food was not that tasty, you get a lot of food but the quality is nonexistent. We had a booking for 7:00 and at about 8:30 the servers and kitchen staff kept staring at my table for us to leave as they close at 9 pm. We felt “kicked out”. Wont be returning. The older gentleman that was our server was very friendly though.
