Ordered a vanilla birthday cake for $80 a while back, it tasted like pure butter. Nobody in my family ate it, only took a bite or two. I have had the cupcakes as well and while not as bad they also suffer from the same issue. A grocery store has better product for a fraction of the price…

Holy. Moly. These cupcakes are out of this world! Absolutely delicious. Great value for what you get! We ordered 6 kinds of cupcakes as well as 6 kinds of cookies. When I tell you how filling these things are, omg indeed. Very fitting name haha.Good news is that I shared with my kids, great news is that now they want to stop in every week for the seasonal cupcakes!Seriously incredible. You will not be disappointed! And the customer service was top notch! The young lady working the front counter had excellent recommendations and was so kind and welcoming. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

We ordered the Galaxy Cake with pink champagne flavor for our son's birthday. The order went with no hiccups and service was fine for pick up.The flavour of the cake and the icing was incredibly disappointing. The icing just had a strong food coloring/dye taste. The almond flavoring was super overpowering so skipping the icing wasn't even an option. No one at the birthday party including the kids enjoyed or ate their cake.The cake also didn't look like the picture on their website (see comparison). We understand things will be different and honestly it looked fine but much darker than the online photo. We were thinking the darker color was related to the strong dye taste.We called the store to let them know our experience and the person on the phone was friendly enough but not exactly apologetic. I guess the Pink Champagne flavor is "hit or miss". They did offer a six pack of cupcakes so that was appreciated. However they called back to tell us that they had photos and the cake looked exactly how it was pictured but they would honor the free cupcakes anyways. This was really odd since the looks wasn't our biggest problem. We are skipping the free cupcakes and we will go back to other options in St Albert.

The cupcakes are the best I’ve ever had! Icing is spot on and the whole cupcake itself is so delicious. Definitely better than any place I’ve ever been to. I love all their different flavours they have as well. So creative and so yummy. But I was expecting a little more beauty to the place when I walked in. Kind of basic interior. And the lady who helped me wasn’t the kindest person I’ve met. So wasn’t what I was expecting when I came in. I asked a few questions about the cupcakes and she seemed like she was bothered by what I was asking like I should have known already? But maybe she was overwhelmed and looked like she was really busy. Also I made a mistake one day eating the one cupcake my niece had that was non dairy and gluten free. Mind you I didn’t pay attention to the sticker on the front of the box because I thought they were all nondairy and gluten free but I guess it was the one specific one I took. So I didn’t like how it was labeled. So I went there to grab maybe two or four for my niece but she had none of the ones I had so I had to make an order and pick up the next day. Which isn’t the worse thing I just thought they had them on hand like all the other ones. But over all it’s a great place for cupcakes!! Just wish the people working were more friendly and kinder. My experience did not meet my expectations. But maybe next time itll be better.

OMG is right! I didn't know this place existed until 2 weeks ago when my cousin happened to pick up some cupcakes from here while she was passing through. They were DELICIOUS! Thank God I don't live in St Albert because I would be here daily. Seriously the best cupcakes I have ever eaten!

For my sons first birthday we ordered the8” cake and additional 6 cupcakes, both in the cookies and cream flavour, and all vegan/dairy free (as there was dairy allergy). Party was Halloween birthday so icing was done as the purple, green, orange to match our theme. The cake and cupcakes were so good! I couldn’t believe it was all vegan and tasted that good!! Really great cakes and customer service!!

We ordered over 8 dozen cupcakes for our wedding at the beginning of September. They were absolutely delicious! We chose OMG! Cupcakes because of their ability to accommodate for allergens. My husband is Celiac as were a couple of our other guests and they had zero issues with the Gluten Friendly cupcakes. We were so happy with the amazing flavours and the variety to choose from. Ordering was easy and the staff was so friendly. I would 100% recommend using OMG! Cupcakes for any event or just for a super tasty treat any day of the week.
