This Saint Albert location is never open when they say they are never have enough staff worst location ever oodle noodle entire franchise has lost me as a customer enough is enough. It’s terrible to see how bad franchising excellent location for food can completely ruin the business. I think it’s time for the franchise to close and go back to its original location Before they have no customers left. The Saint Albert location keeps disappointing me every time I want to go eat there. I’m no longer a customer.

We ordered 2 bowls of noodles ( Pad Thai and Kung Pao) on Jan 7, 2025. Both dishes were extremely salty. We have been to other locations and they are not like this. The amount of salt makes us uncomfortable. We ended up throwing away both dishes. Not recommended.

The salad rolls are hard/old or undercooked. Had one bite and threw it out. It’s not wrapped so the hard noodles are just all over the place. Jungle curry is Salty. Green onion cake was good. We spent $55 unfortunately this is gonna be our last time here.

I called them and said they can remake another one (salad rolls) but we’re far away at that point.

Ordered salad rolls, spring rolls, and Pad Thai. The salad rolls were either old or the noodles were undercooked. They were VERY dry and hard. I let the lady know and she suggested microwaving them... Not surprisingly it did not work. No other solution was given. I understand you can't whip these up but maybe offer either a refund or a different product instead. Went on to eat the pad Thai which was so salty you couldn't taste anything but salt. The spring rolls were alright. Learned my lesson, I'll stick to Thai express for my Pad Thai. I'll never go back to this Oodle Noodle.

They do not service spicy soups and the prices are a bit high for the portions you get!

Quality was terrible. Chicken was mushy and didn't taste good. Noodles taste like uncooked dough.

Worst experience at any of their restaurants in 10 years, highly recommend NOT going to that establishment.

Ordered a vegan kung pao for takeout, I double confirmed it was vegan and they still gave me one with chicken in it. Food was mid quality for the price

Not the best location I've been to. They didn't use much sauce and there weren't many vegetables in the box.
My wife said that the meat in hers tasted freezer burnt. I won't be going back.

The first thing that is a bit misleading is that the prices state $9.95 but you have to pay an extra $4 to get your "protein." I eat East Asian food all the time and I know what's good and what's not. This food was not good. The beef tasted like it was boiled rather than grilled. It actually just reminded me of roast beef sandwich meat that was cut up. There was very little beef in the bowl of noodles. The thin Kung Pao had noodles that tasted like raman noodles from the supermarket.

Nice employees but the manager/shift lead was very rude to us and unwelcoming. I feel sympathy for the workers

Food was okay but the butter chicken poutine was almost like a soup. Service was good. Restaurant tables weren’t wiped and floor was a bit dirty we noticed when we were leaving.
