Food was fantastic....minus the mac and cheese I had, tastes like reheated KD. Service was horrible, ran out of beers and waitress always forgot what the table ordered. Took forever for the food to finally arrive.

Exceptional Dining Experience at The Thirty Rooster in St. Albert, Alberta …My recent visit to The Thirty Rooster in St. Albert, Alberta, left me thoroughly impressed and eager to share my experience. From the moment my party and I walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the evening. The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly our server, Kennedy. Her exceptional service, coupled with her infectious energy, made our evening all the more enjoyable. Kennedy's attentiveness and friendly demeanor elevated our dining experience to new heights, and her recommendations were spot-on.The ambiance at The Thirty Rooster was cozy and inviting, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening with friends or loved ones. The menu boasted a diverse selection of dishes, each crafted with care and attention to detail. From the first bite to the last, every dish exceeded our expectations, leaving us craving more.I must commend the entire staff at The Thirty Rooster for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. We will most certainly be back!Sincerely,J. Great pub atmosphere. Awesome servers! Update 02/13/24 - We were back last night. I highly recommend the nachos. They are fully loaded and come out on a COOKIE SHEET! It's huge! Make sure you're sharing it with friends.

Thirsty Rooster is my go-to place for Oiler games, local live music, smoked wings and occasional meetings. Great beer selection, too. New add-ons with Polar Park beer, too. Looking forward to the upgraded menu!
I'll start by saying that the service was really great and the atmosphere is decent. Unfortunately, the food was not. My husband's soup was not only cold with a skin on top but was too salty to eat. My Ceasar wrap was disappointing, and the gravy was way too salty as well. Also, the drink menu is not updated, so the wine I thought I ordered was not the wine I got.
A group of us (4) wanted to try something different. Honestly the food was great. I don't know if we were just hungry but we ordered the signature platter and a few appetizers. We enjoyed the company and had great conversation and the food was great. Our service was excellent, good job Rooster.

The food was excellent, the brisket unreal. All of the smoke Meats a perfect delectable taste for a 10 out of 10.Overall didn't have the best service but the food made up for it.Vegetarian options: We ordered a Halal plate which was covered with delicious veggies hummus and dip.Dietary restrictions: I am celiac, and the Smoked Meats were perfectly fine.
