I was a walk-in and ordered 2 large pizzas with EXTRA CHEESE. Did not get it. Very dissatisfied with a simple order request that cost me a good chunk extra really. Check your pizzas before leaving.

Horrible. I ordered two pizzas with sticks and cheesy bread and wings and I spent almost $60. I used the contactless delivery options so that I could avoid any sort of person to person contact which is kind of what is preferred in today’s society ( big misstake, at least I could’ve sent the driver back with my order because it wasn’t complete, I will never use contactless payment again). The driver showed up and my order was delivered without wings. I live next-door to the actual store and the delivery itself took over one hour. When I called the store to let them know that I did not receive my wings they stated to me that they could send those out to me but I don’t want to wait another hour for wings when I’ve already eaten my pizza so I asked for a refund. Apparently it takes two days for somebody to reach out to you and offer you a refund. That callback never happened so again I wasted more time contacting the store to get my money back for the wings that I did not receive two nights ago Then the manager called and told me that they don’t offer refunds they could only give me a credit. I will never eat Panago Pizza again and I am so disgusted that I have paid for some thing I have not even received and you guys are fighting me to give me back my money (literately $10). Why would I take a credit for a large pizza and wings if I choose to never eat at your location again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, there is no such thing as service and you literately DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!! Panago must be really going down if they refused to give their customers the $10 refund for items they’ve never received and paid for. Shame on you panago! I will refer to you as panaNO!

Ordered some food that tasted delicious by the way. But the 5 stars goes to their customer service. When they forgot a dip yes a dip not a big deal wouldn't have cared if I didn't get it but they followed us to our vehicle and brought the dip out. Never had an employee care that much before. Thank you very much for your effort.
