Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a cheese pizza for my kid and I can say it was the worst pizza we have ever ordered. Dry, so dry. Overcooked, the cheese was almost black. Just zero taste, bland, basically cardboard with overcooked cheese on top (and not the cook kind of crispy cheese at the edges of good pizza). At the same time I baked a frozen Costco pizza for my other child and it was 10 times better.

Edit to add - I hadn’t read other reviews before I posted but reading the last few justifies my post. Very little cheese, dry, bland pizza. I doubt they’ll be in business much longer unfortunately. It’s sad because it used to be good pizza.

Not sure about how good their pizza is but they're advertising sucks they say you go to $6 pizza if you order a Maine great great big specialty pizza
. That's not cool kind of like a rip-off. Check with your administrative advertising committee cuz you're doing a lot of job. I would not order on this advertisement it's ridiculous. Good luck

Ordered pizza through Uber eats. It arrived cold, very little cheese and very little toppings. Not worth the price at all. I'll be finding another restaurant

Almost zero flavour, cannot really taste the individual elements of this thing.

Here’s a good little scam. They tell you two for one and then when you go to check out, it only shows you the price of one, but then they bill you for both. I’m sure the all Papa John’s are the same way be aware and they charge you automatically five dollar delivery charge For a $30 purchase

Ordered the 6 Cheese Tuscan Cheesesticks. They were so disappointing. The picture on the website shows gooey cheesy sticks. The reality is that it was the thinnest layer of cheese toasted onto breadsticks. Not one bit of stretchy cheese and toasted to the point just before one would consider them burnt. Total misrepresentation of the food they are actually selling.

Brutal service. Ordered online. They said 45 minutes. Been waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes and there is 50+ pizzas ahead of mine. No one will even speak to the customers which are lined up out the door.

Great customer service, very friendly.
Pizzas are always delicious especially with the special garlic sauce, garlic knots are a must order and the oreo bites are a yummy dessert!

Great pizza! Have to give 4/5 stars though was little skimpy in cheese and they don't have the John's favorite anymore or even know what it is.. its the pizza that made papa John's.. but still I enjoyed my pizza. Will definitely come back.
