Great pizza! Have to give 4/5 stars though was little skimpy in cheese and they don't have the John's favorite anymore or even know what it is.. its the pizza that made papa John's.. but still I enjoyed my pizza. Will definitely come back.

The store staff hangs up multiple times when trying to confirm an order. When I called the online assistance number(using the app), they were hung up on twice as well while they were trying to confirm my order. Papa Johns is decent pizza, but this store is poorly run.

Staying in hotel near by, made order online, within 15 minutes, two medium pizzas delivered hot and up to standard expected.
Would recommend to a friend.

The pizza had no taste the slices had one piece of pineapple on each with a few slivers of ham

I really don't know what's going on with this franchise. It used to be the absolute best pizza. PJ prided itself on the freshest ingredients and good value for superior quality

Now, the prices have gone to eat cardboard. Very disappointing. I won't be going back until some true 'Italians' start running these pizzerias.

Mostly take out pizza. I believe that the owner runs it. Good pizza.

Ordered a pizza during a Thursday lunch hour that did come quickly, but was raw dough through most of the pizza. Called manager who argued that it was indeed cooked. Dough is not complicated. If it is cooked it is fibrous, basically dry. This was effectively play-dough.

It's a family favourite! Pizzas are always done to order, on time & staff are great at accommodating special requests.

Terrible. 2 times in a row I have ordered from this location and twice it has taken hours to recieve our order. Each time we call and call with no answer to the phone to ask where the food is. I am tired of getting cold food and terrible service for delivery. Would be zero stars if I could

Edit: Manager on duty was quick to respond when my call finally went through. She was apologetic and offered to reheat the food. Because it would’ve been cold and a 2 hour wait I had requested that it be remade, to which she had it remade. The delivery driver wasn’t going into my apartments call directory for the call number to the apartment and proceeded to argue with me about how he needs to be quick, and that he doesn’t have time to be doing anything more than just input the exact buzzer code (which is found in the directory and the bill listed the apartment number) while he kept punching in the wrong number and was rude.

Managers help was appreciated, but I will not be back ever as this is now the second time in the row months apart

Ordered delivery from the store. Driver was not capable of reading the instructions we put stating the buzzer code. Our pizza was sent back to the store. We had to call & plead with the lady to remake it even though it had been sitting out for over an hour. She kept saying she would “heat it up”. Major food safety concern there alone. Please teach your delivery drivers common sense & literacy please. It’s not hard.
