So used to love pizza hut as a kid, but it has fallen greatly. Got the veggie supreme. It's a good thing it was supreme but very little toppings, which was good because I only wanted mushrooms on half because my wife hates mushrooms but there was mushroom on the whole pizza but so little she couldn't taste it. People in the store were friendly, but the product is poor

Most agrivating experience ever. Its halloween we placed an order at 3:45pm, expecting it would take longer than usual due to a busy evening. However, after two hours of waiting, we get a notification stating our pizza had been delivered and asking for a review. We placed the order AND PAYED but yet no food arrived. We called and remained on hold for an hour. On an evening this busy you should be employing more people or being more organized. If you are going to be this busy you need to be doing it correctly. We should be enjoying our pizzas and celebrating halloween but instead my family is hungry, disappointed and out of money. Never again will I order from here.

Ordered delivery online from this location (Pizza Hut directly) however we never got our order. It was impossible to get through to customer service and there is no way to contact this location directly. Usually would not leave a review but maybe they will get back to me for a refund this way. We received an email saying the order was delivered. However it was not.

Today, I ordered Veggie pizza through Uber Eats. I had mentioned in my order to remove mushroom, but they don't removed it and moreover it has pepperoni in it. Very bad experience.
When you pay extra for green peppers and they look brown and black, this location is getting worse at every visit.

This location is terrible. They have taken my order to the wrong house, they consistently put the order as delivered when it's not. I have a problem nearly every time I order, if my son didn't love pizza hut I would never order from them again. My order was "delivered" 40 minutes ago, after calling to follow up I was told he would check with the delivery driver and call me back. 20 minutes later I have not heard back and every call goes through a call center before being redirected. After calling again I was told he didn't call back because the driver was supposed to be here in 2 minutes. I requested a refund since clearly the pizza is not coming and it will take 7-10 business days to get my money back. Avoid this location.
