I ordered food online delivery via there pizza hut . There is no comments section and the phone number that was mentioned is also not working. So can a person can contact them ?? And pizza was also not cooked properlySides are half cooked and middle portion is covered with cheese but that is also not cooked.Update your timing for the pizza to be cooked properlyWorst pizza hut ever

Definitely the worst Pizza Hut location I’ve ever been too. Been there twice when I was in St Albert and the guy messed up my order both times when I looked him in the eyes and very clearly told him multiple times the same thing . Also took forever to take my order at the cash register. Looked like he had no earthly idea what he was doing there lmao I was mindblown
I ordered a pizza for delivery. The pizza I got was way over cooked next to no toppings on what was supposed to a a super supreme. After talking to customer service. They linked me to the store. Call was horrible. Could hardly hear the person on the other line.Don't waste your money

They LITERALLY looked at this pizza and thought "YUP! That looks great!".... the other pizza was dark but nothing close to this.. 2 stars for replacing the pizza.. lucky I didn't ask for both but the family had to eat SOMETHING at the timeUpdate to a 1 star... this is the THINNEST crust and stuffed crust I've ever had... who the hell is running this location???Update, Update. Second photo was my replacement. He had one of his employees try giving me ANOTHER pizza, I said no, and she TRIED to refuse a refund and give me the invisible "credits" I've been reading about in the other reviews. Wow.Final update, being refunded with my pizza replaced.. still not changing my review as this will be a 2.5 hour ordeal by the time I get my (potentially good) final replacement pizza AND it wouldn't be happening if I didn't ask for the managers name for a head office contact. Never again.

Worst Pizza Hut location. Watered down marinara dip. Undercooked pizza. Weird taste to the pizza. Have tried it a few times now thinking it was just an off night but it is always awful. Seems like owners don’t care or intentionally cut corners. Just moved here from the west end and never had these issues from that location. Never again.

I saw that yellow notice imposed by Alberta Health and I read the report.Unbelievable how you dare to store bleach with food equipment and so many notes about cross-contamination and wrong food temperature.Disgusting!

I arrived at the restaurant to order a pizza to stay and the tables were very dirty, I had to wait an hour for my order, and when I took my drinks one of the guys wanted to charge me again for the drinks and I told him I was waiting for my food and that I had already paid for them and that I had been waiting for almost an hour for my order, their attitude was very rude and all the workers had no organization, it is a complete disaster, in the end they gave me my pizza with bad treatment, without a doubt I will never return here, terrible service

I highly recommend not going to this Pizza Hut. I have ordered and picked up from this location many times and the food is always very poor and when doing delivery they don’t show up at all. I’m very disappointed since this has never happened when ordering from another location.
