Just had a very hectic day. Decided to try Popeyes for the first time. Fantastic food, tasted great! I liked the biscuit and coleslaw that came with my chicken combo my side was onion rings, was the "icing to the cake". Best chicken ever!! And hey, my server was awesome, asked me if there was anything else I needed before taking my order and said, have a nice day. The place was very clean and inviting.

This St. Albert location has almost turned me off of Popeyes as a whole. EVERY single time ( no I’m not lying it’s accurate every time somehow) I order from here, they miss multiple items. The quality of the food is also HORRIBLE. This Popeyes does not taste like how Popeyes is SUPPOSED to be. Switch management maybe.

Gravy not up to consumable temperature, chicken was cold. Fries seemed like they were cooked last week. Absolutely disgusting. This location doesn't care. This is the 3rd time I've ordered and every time is the same thing. You will get people sick if you don't fix these issues. I will be filing a complaint with AHS.

I’m so disappointed in this Popeye’s we continually get crappy service, and today was the icing on the cake.
Twice now we went 1-1.5 hr before closing and were refused service. One time we could see the staff hiding so they wouldn’t have to serve us
Today we ordered 16 pieces of chicken knowing there would be a wait. We were told 15-17 minutes. Fine no knew that
23 minutes later they came and asked what we were waiting for… finally 34 minutes after paying they gave us our bag. Got home, 2 hours away and 4 of the pieces were chicken wings (like tiny wings) not even a full piece of chicken. Like seriously after that long of wait. Get it together.
We love Popeyes and wish this one was not the closest to our way home…

Ordered ahead of time, but somehow the order was missed and had to wait for 15 20-minute, however they acknowledged the mistake, apologized and put a few extra pieces of chicken in with the order so all was good.
