It was our anniversary and we wanted a special dinner. We sat in the alcove where it felt very private. Each of the courses were delicious and presented perfectly. The waitress couldn't have been better, attentive but never intrusive. Dessert arrived with Happy Anniversary as part of the presentation. We didn't have to refill our glasses once during the meal, the waitress would check with us and made sure our wine glasses were always topped up. The meal was not inexpensive but it was worth every penny. It made our anniversary as close to perfect as we could wish for. I have no hesitation in recommending Riverside Bistro, especially for a special occasion.

Service and ambiance was excellent. The brunch menu was small but plenty to choose from. The breakfast bowl with pork belly was amazing! The eggs Benedict dishes were very good as well. Prices were very reasonable. We will be back.

Absolutely fantastic meal. Tenderloin is the best along with the beet salad and mushroom soup. Key Lime pie has been better but the service was just as good as the food

The best part of our visit was our server, Amanda. She was pleasant, professional and an excellent server. We have been to Riverbank several times and this was by far the best service. The food on the other hand was the worst it's ever been. We brought friends from out of town and we're embarrassed as we had raved about the food from past experiences. The pork schnitzel were huge but overcooked and dry. The chicken supreme, also overcooked/dry. The fish, you guessed it - dry. The créme brulée was dark brown rather than golden. An unusually disappointing meal. The wine was nice and thank goodness for the excellent service or our night would have been a total bust. It has been awhile since our last visit.. questioning whether ownership or chefs have changed?

Brunch on a busy Father's Day was excellent. The breakfast bowl was delicious , pork belly was tender and flavorful. My husband had the big breakfast with three eggs, bacon and sausage which he thoroughly enjoyed. Service was efficient. Highly recommend you go!

Only having one waitress on duty ruined our evening. She did her best and I really felt sorry for her. However the poor service had an effect not only on the enjoyment but also on the quality of the meal. I don't mind paying for quality but this was a complete waste of money compared to your usual standard

When we first arrived server was irritated that we didn't want to sit right next to the door despite the restaurant being completely empty. She composed herself and was polite as she moved us to a different table. Our server for the meal was incredibly slow, visited the table and frequently spent a lot of time chatting with other staff members as the restaurant was nearly empty at the time. Would have been nice if the focus had been on the customers rather than socializing with the other staff members
